I painted my brake calipers (damn stock paint was flaking off so decided to change it up) and changed out the stock HIDs to 6k HIDs over the weekend, i'll post some pics up later in the week.

hey so what do you fellow UA7 members think.... im really close to picking up some used Works VS-XX 19"x8.5" +32 fronts and 19"x10" +26 rears black chrome center and polished lips... i need some help pushing me to spend $2500 on something i dont really need.... its like i have the devil on one shoulder saying "just spend your $$!" and the angel on the other saying "NO save it for a rainy day you already have rims idiot!"
What do you guys think??

Rainy days are few and far between in Cali...Get the RIMS!!! VS-XX are really slick, especially in black chrome. Those are the ones with the gunmetal webbing right?? On your car would look amazing imo - are you able to get a test fit to see if you'd like em?

VS-XX are really slick, especially in black chrome. Those are the ones with the gunmetal webbing right?? On your car would look amazing imo - are you able to get a test fit to see if you'd like em?

I text the guy again today he said he was going to send some pictures.... yea they are the gunmetal chrome with the polished lip... they are super hot rims and i know this is a once in a long time find at that price.. gosh y cant i just be rich lol~!!!

He probably would let me test fit... he lives like an hour from me and the rims are in his garage sitting there.
I will let you know where this goes... wish i woulda found these back in the day

(Color is a lil darker than I was shooting for, probably shoulda put a white basecoat down first, but live and learn I guess)

Just cause it isn't the same direction as the stock calipers doesn't really make it backwards. you can read it up or down. I thought it looked better that direction.
