UA6 on 19" Volk LE37T
Before the pictures, I'd like to share some of the sources of my ideas:
After going through multiple sets and styles of headlights, I've found that I admired the clear corners the most. I thought about the headlights sold on ebay (the clear corner type-s ones) but I knew I needed genuine ZKW lenses with proper spacing and thorough testing, resulting in the opening of those headlights. I also decided for the cut-off to be sharpest at further than the tradition 25ft, since I prefer to have a sharp cut-off at objects and buildings far away.
So I opted with type-s headlights if I was going to open them up anyway. I've admired the clear headlights, (and matte/flat black housing), mostly from BMWs, especially the 3 series and the 5 series.
As for the wheels, they are:
19x9.5 +35, 235/35-19
19x10.5 +35, 245/35-19
(Limited run in this size)
The effective widths and offsets are the EXACT equivalent of 19x8.5 +22 and 19x9.5 +22 (what I previously had).
Except the 9.5 front and 10.5 I have now has the same concavity and lip as the 9.5 +22 and 10.5 +22, rare indeed.
Yes, they will be for sale in due time, so I can complete the look of a "Euro-styled TL".
I will be replacing these with fully custom built 18" BBS RS wheels.

With respect to the tail lights, I've admired the MBenz CLK, SL, and GLK red/smoked tails. So I cut open an 07-08 base tail and smoked the clear screen in front of the frost diffuser. Lots of work, for such little results. But less is more; I'm glad I did it that way, since it turned out like this..

Second batch to come later tonight or tomorrow from a different photographer!
My future modifications:
I've also always wanted DRLs, but the traditional halogens inside the headlight never did it for me. I thought about the Audi S6 LED DRLs, but that seemed too bulky for our front fascia. I wanted something to complement the aggressive angle on the bottom of the type-s front bumper, WITHOUT looking awkward, and desired something stylish and bright for safety, so as you all know I bought a pair of genuine W212 E-class hockey stick LED DRLs, along with the A207 (E-class coupe E350) grills, since they fit perfectly in our lower bumper openings.
I had them ordered straight from Germany, shipped to Malaysia, then to the US.

Here's a sketch of how they should look:

And the ATLP V2 roof wing.

those DRL Leds are gonna look sick and I think they flow very well with the tl bumper. But I can't wait to see the BBS RS, I love BBS wheels, love them.
and what do you mean the lower Mercedes grills fit perfectly in the lower bumper openings on the 3G?

The wheels are badass! Perfect I'd say. Headlights are clean. I also never really liked the led strips in there. Drl's look dope, they match the type-s fog light housing angle perfectly. How will you mount those bad boys? Planning on anything else for the rest of the grill area? Maybe some nice metal mesh? Also will they be wired as true drl's like oem 07-08 TL's? or a switch.
Euro TL in the making. Car is looking fresh B. Nice work!

I apologize for my exaggeration; what I meant to say is that these grills fit pretty snug (although it doesn't come all the way across to the center of the bumper, the lines flow with the type-s front aspec). Slight modification is needed, as the vertical bar that separates the fog lights from the rest of the grill needs to be removed.

As for wiring, they will be a true DRL, as I will be hooking them up to the windshield wipers (As soon as the car turns on they will light up).
Hwang* lol
Correct, they will be loot and will have to be built from scratch but I think I can pull it off, at least I'll try.

Brian, YOU can do anything you want in terms of making the impossible look possible! I mean orange te37's and orange flapper ears? Who in the right mind would try that? Only you can pull anything off, seriously lol.
