I don't see now checken strips
If you look closer at the front tire you kind of see that blue groove on the tire. That’s from going to track days. The tires do this thing called boogering. The edge of the tires gets so hot from the lean angles and speed from being on the track. Then the rubber melts a little and forms these boogers on the edge of the tire. I attached a couple pics of the tire.
You can see them here. They end up staying on there because you really don’t get the tire hot enough or hit those type of lean agnles on the street.

I used to ride too, and it takes some serious LEAN & SPEED in order for the rear tire to ball up like that.
NICE!
I bet it's pretty hard to keep the frontend down with the ZX10, eh?
SWEEEEEET.

I started with a '89 FZR, then moved to team green's '01 ZX6R, then eventually to their 636. But i've since quit...the roads up in the Bay Area just suck compared to San Diego.

People that live up there are putting oil in the turns so the riders crash. They are getting tired of all the motor cycle riders going there and being loud and not having any curtsey on the road. I mean some riders think they own the road up there.
I have seen 4 people die up there and way too many injured. Even a couple of friends got injured up there. Some people go wide into a turn because they don't know how to ride and have hit my friends head on.
I just do track days now. It’s safe and don’t have to worry about on coming cars, trees or guard rails.
So what Suzukin do you have? They are kicking everyones asse$ is AMA Superbike and in World Superbike. That new GSXR is one bad a$$ bike...
