Traded one AM for Another
I decided to leave the Honda/Acura Family. Im sure I will return but for now I need boost.
Here is the last shot and only shot i took with the tein ss kit. Fitting that it has a shit load of bird crap on the hood. I feel like me and this car started to part ways round about that time. Then everything started to fail and become a maintenence issue. Was tired of spending my weekends waiting for silly repairs.
Here are some shots of my recent purchase. I havent taken any photos myself but the dealers will suffice. Arctic Metallic, sport, premium package, cold weather, iDrive, 6MT.
And a few of my project/daily driver. 88' 535is done extensive work on this car. Plan on keeping this for the long haul. Kinda helped in getting me outta the TL more often. Entire suspension, exhaust, fluids, breaks have been overhauled.
I am excited to start modding my 335i. And continue to work on this 5er.
Comments and Questions welcomed.
Goodbye AZiners' I learned and lot and contributed very little lol.

Thanks
Thank you alot of hard work went into that guy this past year. Rattle canning a car in your garage is a good time
I had 88,492 on the odo. when I let her go. Had the timing belt and everything done. She just started to have issues and I knew it was a slippery slope from there.
When you make the jump to BMW you will be happy! But beware service costs are outragous.
It was time I had her for 3 years and lost intrest in modding the TL. I love the looks, ride, and features but hate when cars leave me stranded.

No reason to be like everyone else. This color is rare flip flop blue, green, bronze, grey, and silver. Looks sick in the sunlight. To each their own. I already have a matte black ride that I can't stand to wash lol.

That day they did never parked under that lamp post again lol. That's why kno one ever parked in that spot. And when I was running late I didn't notice the funk already on the pavement.
I was pissed too because I just detailed it the day before.

Congrats! I've driven a few 335's and they are a blast.
I can't lie though, I like the old school 5 series more though. I guess because you don't see many on the road. Great looking car

Thanks!
Thanks I love the 5er but the 3er is just so nasty. I plan on rocking the IS for some time I replaced everything mechanical.
Dupli Color Hot Rod Black FTW
Real maintenence is not an issue. These cars are solid and no failures other than the HPFP and I just had the update completed. I never really had issues to pay for with the TL I had the extended warranty. And this thing is covered for 5 yrs 50,000 miles so Im good.
I should be good factory 5yr 50,000mi warranty. Really bad luck doesnt follow me it was just stupid part failures on that TL that ruined my experience.
Thanks man.

Apex, I used to have a white 535i myself. Mine was white with red leather interior, which I understood is very rare. It also had front and rear spoilers-just like yours.....good memories!

I have seen one in the flesh. White on cardinal red interior very rare the interiors sell at a pretty penny. Its nice to know someone else in the community had the pleasure of owning an e28 5er.

That was exactly it! I didn't understand who it was so rare, but it was a cool car. I put the front and rear spoilers on it-it looked kick-ass.
I finally had to sell it because the air conditioning went out. It would have cost more to fix the A/C than the car was actually worth itself....
It was fun while the car lasted.
