TL in China
#81
Just got back from Hong Kong! I only saw one car badged as an Acura and it was an Acura Integra DC2 with a US Front?!
I saw two 1g TSXs badged as Honda Accords. An Acura RSX badged as a Honda Integra Type R. An Acura RL badged as a Honda Legend. It was weird though because I saw some cars badged as Lexus and others badged as Toyotas. For example, I saw a Toyota Harrier and a Lexus rx330 both on the road. Hong Kong was amazing btw!
Your car would definitely stand out there! Everyother car over there is a BMW or Mercedes it seems like. I tried to find the Acura dealership in Hong Kong, but apparently I had to go to mainland china to find one. I was going to try and find the rear fog light and purchase it and bring it back with me. But, oh well. If you can get any info on that it would be much appreciated!
Car looks great!

BTW.your car is definitely goegous already

That and there is no place to put the reverse lights once they put in the different license plate tub to fit the CDM plates, so they had to relocate them.
Car looks great, keep up the good work.
Oh and BTW....from the looks of it I'll bet you could get that ASPEC rear on there with a little modification.

TL is a car particular stress on sport. The one enter China market is the fourth generation product of TL, it succeeds to features of the products of former several generation such as great horsepower, advanced technique and simple outline etc. The front design of TL is very adventurous; the three arris lines at the outer of engine cover make the front part shrink towards the center that is quite vogue."

Lets hear it for more government intervention!!! Why in the world would DOT not approve a strip of reflective lighting in red and white at the bottom of our rear bumper. Usually we are getting rid of/changing the color of our lights which they don't like either. I have to ask why anyone would even give a ____. Really it goes for the tail lights, too. These damn things are made in the U.S.A. and treated like a controlled substance. Don't you think that Honda/Acura would love to sell them to us if they could? Damn right. I would love to have those tails but my blessed government says I can't have them. Land of the free, eh? Unite for export taillights! Sheesh.

depending on price i'd be down.
ebay finally started selling the right side CDM tail lights. based out of ukraine.
I pulled the plug--waiting to see what happens. Total cost was around 650 USD after shipping for left and rear (left was purchased from a separate seller on ebay).
