Very nice pictures. I was thinking about doing a two tones too. But mine will be Silver and Black. Silver at the top ( hood, roof, top trunk) and Black following the line from the top of the door, bumpers, fenders.
What do you guys think?

Thanks everyone for all the comments. The TL has come a long way in the making. I love TL's.

 

There are an abundance of TLs in the Charlotte area but about 99% of the drivers are not enthusiasts, or atleast they appear not to be. I always break my neck when i see other TLs that are most always in stock form, but they never look at mine.

Me and Chill_dog have met up a few times, and if more show interest then we should organize a small area meet.

 

If you search my user name for threads started and look under the Nopi Nationals thread theres a picture of a two tone 3rd gen (black and silver). You will probably like the looks of it, so definitely check it out.

 

I have trouble beating the latest generation S2000, and the older ones just depends on what are done to the motor. I love those cars.

I've got a really good photo of the torinos with the takata harnesses, but i'm not allowed to release the photo until the feature has been issued in Honda Tuning magazine.

....so everybody look out for it!...should be in March or April of 07.

 

I agree here in charlotte theres a ton of TLs adn most of them are stock. I dont see as many 2G Tls like mine but the 3Gs are EVERYWHERE. So are the MDXs.

Btw have I seen your TL at stonecrest before?

 

yeah you probably saw it on random saturday nights, but now that the CMPD has regulated on all the cars you probably won't see it there anymore haha.

 

Yeah thats what I saw it it was in that line of cars between target and harris teeter right? I knew I had seen it some place before I drove by that line up once in my black 2G once maybe you saw it but I doubt it it was awhile ago.

 

I remember seeing one with a few mods done to it maybe 2 years ago in the regal movie theatre parking lot....is that yours?

 

Nah I dont have any mods besides tinited windows yet and havent had it for two years. However I live like 7 minutes from stonecrest so im there a lot. I diffenently remember seeing your car in that line and thinking "man I love TLs"

 

I wanna see your car .... an yes, too many tl's, theres alot of 2nd and 3rd gens in Mooresville, too many, or maybe its because they stand out to me.

Yep still got it (the wife drives it daily now) and relocated to the Charlotte area from MA in September.

I like Charlotte. I lived here for about 7 months in 2001 before I went north. I had my choice of here and Atlanta to come to from Boston and you see where I am .

Yep I would definitely be interested. I have also seen a silver Aspec parked downtown. I think it has 19" Hiro's. Not sure if it is anyone on here

 

Well you made a good choice coming back to the queen city...its a quaint little city.

I've seen that TL on hiros...its always parked outside in a parking lot on the east side of tryon.

Maybe we can take pictures of the three white TLs at the same place i took these pictures...your TL, mine, and chill_dogs.

 

^^ bro, ur set up is so sweet... I'm saving up for bronze volk te-37's as well... with tein-ss w/ edfc... maybe do it all at the same time and a front lip kit... so can u tell me how much u dropped it and what the offset is?? rubbing at all? rolling fenders neccessary for that drop u have? because i'm going slammed =)
