Tint Question?

Ok so i like to start by saying that this is my first car so i dont kno much about tint. And i have never cared enough to pay much attention to others.

If i get 35% on front and back windows and 20% on my rear window. Will the 2 back windows look darker then the front?

Well yes there will be a difference but shouldn't be to noticeable. For a cleaner look I'd just go 35% all around. Make sure the shop installs moleskins to prevent scratching of the tint. Huper Optik, Pinnacle, Llumar, 3M seem to be the most popular brands around the forums.

If you search around I'm sure you'll find more information, possibly pics of the 20-35% set up you're looking for.

Lets break this down.
35% on two front windows....
35% on two rear windows....

they are the same percentage. why would the rears be darker than the front?

Lots of factors play a role on how dark it looks on the inside.
Dark interiors, how the sun hits the car, darker Rear window, etc.

with all that being said.....Here's my car with 35% Huper Optik all around.

Now, this particular brand of tint is a ceramic tint, and gives it a reflective look to it from far away. As you walk closer to the car it turns to a dark shade.

^^^ Jealous, I wanted Huper but couldn't find anyone that sells or installs it around my state.

In my first post I meant to say "Formula 1" not "pinnacle" pinnacle is the series, which is what I got. Formula 1 Pinnacle series at 50%
