Oops! i meant invoice. Sticker was $48,295, starting at $42,600
finding a black 335xi coupe wasn't so easy for me.
i even considered buying a used one but still hard to find. I did get lucky on a nice one but the lady had a lease. y do that i if can get one new?
dealer pre owned would've cost me around $140 more per mo but since my credit is good, that would be retarded . the salesman told me that
Habbertad only had one in black and plenty other colors.
if i order it i pay full price plus i have to wait. it's nice to have a car built for you but i waited long enough.

Rallye is huge but the dark blue they had on display was the ONLY 1 in that whole place.
I went right back to the 1st dealer the same day and the salesperson says, i think it's sold. after double checking they they find two black saphire 335's. An i, and an xi fully loaded.
they bring the car to the front and the salesperson points it out to me.
I keep asking, "where is it?"
then i ask, "that sedan over there?"
i need the coupe
then i hear," i think that one was sold. "
after another double check they brought her back to me.

I know. it would have been much worse if i was in a weaker car. I'm surprised i didnt leave a path of broken car parts and got injured much worse.
but i tried my best to avoid it or else it would've been fatal for everyone.

so tonight around 12:30am i get pulled over.. again..Suffolk this time.
i just left a movie with a 1st time date then showed her the spot on rt 110 where i almost died.
then just down the road, i get the blue lights in the backseat.
cop has the tint tester ready so I know the drill.
I roll my window up half way and got a 14.
then he walked over to the passenger side and checked that one too. also 14.
he later comes back with two tickets, one for each front window!!??!
my passenger as my witness,
I aked him, "oh, you can do that?" (1 for each)
he is speechless for 4 seconds and his eyes roll up like he's thinking back.
then he says, "well i could have written 3 more for the back windows"
but hes so nice for not doing that lol
so that brings my grand total up to 9 so far.
and i didnt even get my 1st bill from BMW
why me? or is it just the car? i guess both

wow 2 separate tint tickets? never heard that. I got 4 tint tickets in VA in a year. Cops hate dark tints. But looks great!

6 Out of the 7 tickets made it to court. My lawyer took care of it all in court while I was at a funeral so I wasn't there. He got them all dismissed except for 2 moving violations which were reduced to unsafe door opening. Lawyer and fines = over $1,400. The cop didn't do the paperwork so always request a supporting deposition if u have the option.
