Suspension ?

So I'm trying to decide if I want to lower the TL, My question is, if I were to purchase a set of springs either Tein, or Sprint would I need to change the shocks and camber or would I be alright, beacause I'm really not looking to spend over a grand for it.

Have a mod move this to the Wheels, Tires, and Suspension section.

I just put a set of TEIN S-Tech springs on my car and they are awesome! I kept the stock shocks. Eventually I'll replace the shocks or get some coilovers, but for now these are doing the job quite well

You shouldn't need a camber kit, you just need a good alignment. I'm running a degree of two of camber in the rear, but having a shop adjust the toe a little during an alignment, it shouldn't be a problem.
