SSM4DR's 3G TL Progress (No 56K)
#123
Wow! looking at all 4 pages of my progress thread, the TL has come a long ways lol. I've been busy with work and life but many updates to come . I'll share one update with you guys, my current wheels + tires +15mm spacers will be up FS once I pick up my new wheel set up. Maybe in the Spring or Summer time depending on how busy work gets. New wheel specs: 19X8 +30 and 19x10 +38 dropping about about 2 grand total for wheels + tires.

Long story short, the guys at the alignment shop told me that all those random rattles and clunking noise I've been hearing up font is due to the swaybar end links going bad. So I wasted no time in looking for replacements ; Just got my Ingalls swarbar links for both the front/rear today.

Thanks for the kinds words, yours is hot! I'm loving all your update mods you done to yours as well .
Thanks for the kind words, you got WDP and I'm jelly lol. I actually wanted to paint mines WDP whenever I have enough $$$. And yeah, I've been waiting these wheels for the longest time. I Just hope I can fit the 10's in the rear with a +23.

Okay guys, grab your pop corn and wait with me patiently. Figured that I'll take the risk and get this progress rolling even though it's only mid February. And there might still be chances of it snowing hard over here. But all I got left to do before my brother and I can: roll the fenders, adjust the coilovers back to being lowered, and throw the new set of wheels on is for me to buy and wait for hub centric rings. After that, it's on! .

No, not yet. Everything is on hold until I get my hub rings in the mail. Just got an email saying that they're shipped out, so maybe this weekend... The plan is to roll both front and rear fenders with a slight pull. With Aggressive offset wheels, you have to stretch the tires to clear no joke. But the 215/35/19 on a 8.5 isn't bad, 8.5 is the widest anybody should go with a 215.

rptls08 is running 19x10 +24 in the back. Here's what it looked like before he sold the coils and got air suspension:
I think he was running close to -3.0 degrees camber.

^ thank you sir, for the picture. Negative camber isn't something I'm too worried about. It's negative toe that will eat up the tires more than anything. I just hope that the natural negative camber from dropping it lower will clear before I even go to get it aligned. Plus the 10's are on 235's so it should clear after a fender roll and slight pull.

Thanks . I'm still in the process of adding the final touches to the wheels. Just got done installing my new black chrome open end lug nut(s)/lock(s). Just waiting on the OEM Acura center caps that will fit these wheels I ordered to come in .
