Stanced SSM, NEW MODS!! Pics and video

Some new mods, getting ready for summer. Good pics at the end.

Bumper getting sent off to paint.

Came with front plate holder, but we don't need front plates in AR, so I ordered the plugs from acura.

Some OEM A-spec love.

M3 style roof spoiler thanks oembmwshop.

Led Blinkers

Before:

After:

With Blinker Mod

A couple Junction Produce Goodies

Some shots from IFO Shreveport last weekend.

Good start. How about some nice V.I.P style wheels to compliment the junction products instead of the race wheels?

I got a friend to do it on a trade, but he charges $250/300 for front bumpers which is cheap.

Yes they are fake, my girlfriend got me those for xmas and I forgot to specify, but I've got authentic ones on the way, thanks for putting that on front street though, is that your only suggestion/comment? I could use more input.

So clean! I'd definitely finish off the A-Spec kit before you do anything else. The back end looks naked without it!

Like everybody above said, finish off the A-spec lip kit. Maybe you can buy my rear whenever I do the Type S conversion and ATLP quads . And Like GeeteeDan said, do the Type S tail lights, they look awesome on SSM. Other than that, car looks good.

It's all good bro, I was just messing with you, I would like to know if my stuff was fake but maybe a PM next time.

Them words cut deep homey, you won't let me call it stanced, flush, vip, jdm, anything, so what do I call it "modded", f**k that, I'm going to call it what I want and you are going to have to add it to your secret code book of what is stanced. I did most of my research and made my decision based on Acurazine's opinions. This is my daily and keep in mind I got this car in September. These wheels are 18x9.5 +35 in rear on a front wheel drive car, if that's not stanced I don't know what is. I want 18x10 +35ish in rear. Form that has function! Rubbing and wrinkled fenders is not the look I'm going for. I'm not mad or an a-hole I'm just bored and like to rant.

As for the A-spec kit, I don't know we'll see. I'm not sure I want to look like every other car on here. Don't get me wrong I like the look, but the stock sides and rear have such good lines, I don't know if i want to mess that up. But I will seriously consider it.

Next, I NEED WHEELS, anyone know of any for sale(used) other than the ones on this site? 18s or 19s staggered.

Thanks for all the comments/suggestions, In for more.

Good point...but I need wheels first, then brakes, then 105k service, then i'll probably do the rest of the kit.
Remember I got the car in September stock and this ish ain't cheap.lol

Just to move on, what would ya'll say next if I already had the full kit?

No need to get butt hurt about it, but honestly I don't think your car is considered "stanced"

Stanced is when you have to do fender work, wheels sit flush, or you are running negative camber.

This is stanced

If calling your car "stanced" makes you feel better than I guess.... but you aren't quite near it yet.

nice. but i dont agree that the sides and rear have nice lines when compared side by side with the full aspec kit. and the depo sidemarkers have always looked weird to me, but i like the blinker mod, definitely adds the safety factor that the oem sidemarkers lacked.

keep it up, happy modding

Bro, how is this not flush it sticks out 3" past the mudflaps? And I had to roll the fenders and it has 2.5 degrees of camber in the rear.

thats at the bottom of the wheel. look how far you are away from the fender, how you tires are no where near stretched. You could probably run NO camber and your tires will not rub... Look more into it but that xb is more stanced...

whats the specs on your wheels?

You need to have NO wheel gap to be stanced also....

I run a 235 40 on a 18x9.5 +35 the same stretch that a lot of people have on here. Great ride no rub! I'm not going to argue about my state of stance, I'm not saying it doesn't have room for improvement, or that I'm the most stanced TL in the world, but you just told me a XB with 15x8 with 195 50's and adjustable control arms has more stance than me. You can ask that guy and he will vouch for my stance. THIS IS A DAILY!!! I'm not running airbags or stretching fenders. I will get some new wheels soon, if you read the thread, that will be a little more flush. So there's really no need to bash on my stance. I forgot you were the stance police.

Thanks bro.. I do listen to a-ziners without this site I would've been in the dark about a lot of this stuff especially my stance.

And yes I'm just starting on my first TL but this is not my first import show car.

My CR-V next to my old GS-R
