why would it bounce?

I'm assuming he used coilovers to achieve this look.
with the ability to damper, the shocks can ride like stock and or firmer.

couple suggestions:
1> fix the front bumper
2> get some spacers all the way around
3> blacked out headlights

Just about every car I have seen slammed that low has a crazy bounce..I guess they have all done it wrong and he hasn't?

^^^ slammed cars actually set the rebound rate to STIFF !!!

coz if your slammed and if you bounce, you will be rubbing like a bish....

The crazy bounce happens with the shocks are blown so the car basically rides 100% on the springs.
