all of these bays are riduculous looking. damn i want cf engine cover sooooo bad. i'll see what can think up, i wanna create a original idea. hummmm. ( brain is thinking lol)

type-s already comes smooth.
the 04-06 base has those ridges on them.

Does Engine Degreaser work(fairly well?) like the stuff you buy at autozone?, I want to clean mine up a bit but i dont want to paint it and btw JJashaa that is immaculate

Yup...real deal. Sold it to some member here.
Engine cover was like $250. The entire engine bay was a little more. Like $1300. Since the Engine cover was mass produced at that time and the engine bay was an one off custom job.

^^^ thumbs up for civics using our j series engines. hopefully with the help of civics and j swaps our j series will gather more aftermarket support!!! i would love more aftermarket parts for our cars like bisimito cams or anything else!!

I wanted to do my engine bay in carbon fiber too but didn't want to afford $1000+ for the real thing. I bought some vinyl carbon fiber and tried (for a 2nd time) to apply it to the front piece of the engine pieces....it didn't work-again.

I might paint it now instead.
