^^^ well i think we are talking about couple different things here:

1> upper fogs in 04-06 models or DRL's in the 07+ models....you can independently turn em on off....you do not need a module for that....the only time you need a module is when you replace the halogen bulbs with LED's and do not want the ECU going crazy...

2> lower fogs in the 07+ model can be turned on and off independently as well....just needs some rewiring....

3> the 04-06 models did not come with the lower fogs and you can install the Accord fogs there....IMO they look better than audi leds or the MB leds....if you get the accord fogs they will independently turn on and off.....they come with a switch....

 

First of all, it is not awfully difficult to achive one of the above. It is easier than you think, trust me
My MB LEDs are my DRL, and so are the DRL of the 07-08 TL type-s headlights. Just like swoooosh have said, my DRL of the headlights turn on/off independently. However, the MB LEDs turn on/off with the car. I didn't really see the point on using them as fog lights since the output of the LEDs weren't very bright; they are still bright however, but not as much as normal fog lights are.
I checked the link you posted on here. My LEDs, and mesh grille are OEM. I paid a lot of $$$ for everything (for the parts only). Just thought i would let you know.
If i were you i would go with the Audi LEDs. I always wanted to install them on the car but since i bought the type-s bumper i decided not to. I believe roger555 has the Audi LEDs. I think they look great, if not better than mine. One think that i didn't like is that it looks a bit too busy because of the honda accord fog lights and the Audi LEDs. Other than that, his car looks beautiful
