I ran into somone in I-405 in WA w Vancouver plates. They had a WDP on 20's. The one on the far end (1st pic w chrome lip) looks very familiar.

How did you manage to get your license plate to stay on the driver side? I want to know if you can show me how to move the license plate and place it in the same location? Thank you so much.

Mine used to be like that, except I only used zap-straps and tie it to the lower grille.
