Id say try out the mirror thing using vinyl or plastidip before you paint. Just in case you don't like it, you can easily revert back.

Gorgeous car! I'm looking at the same 530's. with your current drop and tire set up could you have run a 9.75 wide rim with +20 offset in the rear for a staggered look? I want to go staggered but afraid of poke in the rear with less than 2".. I'd be interested in your input!

Theres actually a full thread on the XXR 530's. I have 18 X 8.75 +20mm all the way around. It works out to be be a 2mm sink in the front and 2mm poke in the rear. I have NOT rolled my fenders. I choose fenders over stance anyyy day....I am however on Tein Street Advance with EDFC so I notice that I dont need to roll because I have stiff damper and when I'm on the highway its a beauuutiful ride. They settled in to that height, I didnt adjust them at ALL.

Damn!! This is, by far, one of the most tastefully done TL-S's I've seen on this site. In for the updates. I've actually been thinking about the gunmetal XXR 530's for my '08 6MT CBP TL-S. Kudos Nicole!!

That's the way I feel about them. I actually like the the stock way they look. I only did the pass side to judge what it would look like. Already pulled the PD off as I really don't care for it.

Why the red text Tyler?

And I was saying to do the whole mirror because I've seen a few threads in the past about people wanting to see what all black mirrors would look like on a SSM or WDP and people always have to photoshop them; but since you were already in the process of PDing the bases, I figured it might be helpful to some other people that wanted to see what all black mirrors looked like....

So here's my thoughts...I love the look, however what you are lacking with the PlastiDip is LUSTER....if they were gloss, I feel like it would look 10000 times better...when I see the matte finish on you silver TL, it reminds me of how much my CRV unpainted bumpers and moldings piss me off!! haha

Of course that's always an option! I've played around with PlastiDip.... infact my grill is PlastiDipped.. however theres still a part of me that would get it painted before i decided to put a removable medium on mirrors that fold it..i feel like that would just lead to epic fail..I can already see rub marks on the fresh red as it is.

I tried the plastidip on my car for the floating mirror effect, but since it's NBP, you can't really tell that they're floating. Is that normal!?!

Nichio, please don't take this the right way, but you got a sweet azz. Dirty and all!
I LOVE those last 2 shots you took.
