Nice car ghost. Arent tinted tail's ok as long as the brake/reverse/turn signals are distuingishable? I wanted to tint the headlights 38% but I didnt want to dull out the brightness of the headlights, so how does it look? And how do you get the TPMS transfer?

Lol dezzy, we have it good. I dont even complain about my car in traffic and I commute to and from school 4 times a week, most of the times are sitting in bumper to bumper traffic. Have you ever driven a Cobra or the new Vette, Id cry if I had to sit in traffic with those things.

Thank man.

You'll have to check local laws on the tinted tails.. I'm guessing there's a 90% chance they aren't allowed anywhere but I don't know. Personally, I don't like them that much ... because then the only thing left on the back of the car that's not black ... is the license plate ... and then I would be tempted to but a black cover on that, lol !

As far as the headlights, I didn't tint mine, I painted the headlight housing inside. That didn't make any difference on the light output or anything so I could recommend doing that. Close up pics of the headlights ... click here

The TMPS transfer ... you just have to go to the parts counter at Acura and get new sensors/valves. They are like $44 dollars each. Then install them on your new wheels. Otherwise, you'll have the little message center, in the guages, always saying there's a problem with the tire pressure and you cannot disarm the TPMS.

The new z06 is actually very easy to drive in traffic. The clutch is soo easy to push its retarted, kinda like a 2nd gas pedal

Thanks a lot!

Btw People: I had to come to an emergency stop the other day and let me tell ya ... those new rotors work great! :-) Plus, they cool down faster so I don't have to wait so long for the brakes cool down before I wash the rims. Ya know like if your driving your car around all day, then go home to wash your car, but you can't just go pour water on the brakes which cause them to warp. Well now the time for them to cool down takes less time!

how did you paint the grill? I have a new 07 Type-S, and I'd like to paint it nighthawk black to match the rest of the car.

^ you can take it off your car and to a paint shop and give them the color code or you can search online for aerosol spray can kits w/clear coat.

he did one of the two

I took it to a body shop. Some body shop's I went to said "it can't be done," but obviously it can if you look at my car, haha. It was a place in MD.

I could barely tell the difference switching rims and tires. The thing that really affects the ride tho ... is the Eibach springs. I suggest goin with the Tein SS coilovers. But I have hit some of the cruciliest pot holes and they've never popped. So the rims and low profiles are tough.

ballinfizzle89 - haha, thanks man. I wish I liked mine as much as I use to. It's a lil banged up now. 3 wheels scratched a little because it's such low profile and the trunk lid is dented. But when it's moving ... it looks perfecto! haha I still break necks all around my area tho! :-)

Prolly c u around a meet later in the spring/summer.

The last 4 pictures make your TL look incredibly Sinister. I’m sure when you drive down the road woman scream in terror, children turn pale. And old people just lay down and die.

Nice work!!
