Pics of my TL (no mods)
After hanging on this forum for the past five months, I'm finally able to post a few pics.
Nothing special about it (no mods or ASPEC), but it makes me happy!
BTW - The 2004 Mustang GT (V8) 40th Anniversary edition is my b/f's.

Have you considered tinting the windows?
Tinting the windows....
I like them and might have, but I can't right now...
1. I work for elected officials (yippy! ) and they automatically "assume" that anyone that has tinted windows other than the governor is related to drugs or crime. So, because of "their perception", I have to stay clear for the sake of my paycheck. LOL. I had a tinted/smoked license plate cover on my previous Accord and people in my office would question "why?". In fact, ended up getting pulled over on the AC Expressway by a NJ trooper because of it...
2. Harrisburg area is cracking down on tints. My b/f had tints on his Grand Prix GTP coupe since 1996; got them on when he bought it new (now it's our "beater car")...just less than 10 days ago he got pulled over driving it on his lunch break. So, he was told they had to come off (now, this wasn't the first time throughout the years he's been pulled over because of it ). It took him all day last Saturday to get them off of the side windows; never mind the rear windshield...that's still on...the tint is so old that it will only come off in tiny strips (and he tried everything he could) and it's stuck in the grooves of the defroster/antenna. Eventually, he'll have to get the rear tint taken off professionally.
If I didn't have those circumstances to contend to........
And BTW - "Nice ride" to you, also!

Retarded question....
Ok - I feel like an idiot asking this, but what are "BSM's"?
I know it's probably something very obvious... but I just can't put two and two together at the moment... LOL.
Can I use the excuse that "I'm a woman?".....

My b/f taught me a long time ago how to properly "clean" my car and now I am more anal about it than he is...
Like an obsession, if the weather allows me...I'll wash my car every weekend and wax every other and I do try to get inside the wheel to clean what I can.

Body Side Moldings
And getting inside the wheels is tough with the stock 17's...I was always cutting my hands on the edges of them . I'm sure you know this, but when you rotate your tires, take each wheel out and wash the inside thoroughly before putting it back on...doing that every time you wash the car is a bit beyond anal, but if the wheels are already off...

Body Side Molding.... (forgot all about that, actually!).
Thanks for informing me!

I would love to have all of the spoilers and the 18" sparkle wheels; I miss having different wheels (like I had on my Accord). And when my current air filter needs changed, my b/f is going to put a K&N filter on....and we looked at the K&N cold air intake but it only said it would give you 6.8 more hp; and for that little of a gain, I doubt I'll end up with that.
So, little by little I'll get there....
And you?

Pics of my 2004 Accord... (my second love)
I thought that I'd post my "second love", which was my 2004 Accord 6MT V6 which I traded in for the TL. The reason I'm posting the pics, is because I "wish" I could have the wheel from the Accord on my TL....
And my favorite, yet difficult to clean wheels...
Ok, I'm done!

with xtin. Though I like the look of the A-Spec wheels more.
Body kit (as of now, A-Spec fronts and Ron Jon rears) and rims are on my list, but most likely not anytime soon. Other priorities to take care of first, but I too will eventually get there. I've only had my car for 4 months. It will be interesting to see how your car will look like once you start modding it.
