Pics of my RRP with CompTech Sports

Got the springs on last week, waited for it to settle, pretty happy with how it looks, now it just needs some wider tires, 255/40.

It went down pretty level, wish it was about .2 inches lower in the front, but oh well, it rides as good or better than stock, and handles like a biotch!

edit by Mod Ron A: I have put the pictures here for you. Next time, click on the square icon with the picture of an icon, put the url in there, click ok, and then the picture will be here instead of just the link.

Looks great! RRP gets better and better looking every time I see it!!!
What kind of drop did you end up with (F/R)? Do you have any negative comments to make about the new springs?

I'm also running stock wheels and I'm still trying to decide between the Comptechs and Tein S springs.

I've found the Tein S on ebay for like $150.... The Comptechs were like $240 or so.
Can I ask what you paid for the whole deal (springs/installation)?

Thanks!

The springs were $239 + shipping, paid $200 to have them put on, since its in the 100s everyday here in TX for the next 2 months. and I haven't alligned it yet because I want it to settle all the way.

The car rides near identical w/o the bounciness it had going over small bumps. The large bumps are more harsh, but its abrupt instead of a floaty feel it had. The small bumps are almost absorbed instead of over empahassized from the factory. The ride is really smooth for sport springs, I am real impressed. The handling is holy crap compared to how it was. I also have a CT RSB, and the car feels like a BMW at high speeds. I can dart inand out of traffic at 85-110 ish and the car doesn't feel like it is at all unhappy, whereas when it was stock, I felt VERY unsafe over about 80...

The springs last time I measured were 3/4 inch front and 7/8 out back, but that was the night I had them put on. The springs are supposed to be an inch front and rear, and the car looks lower now then it did last week after a few hundred miles on em. I was told the car did not need shocks with these springs, and the acura dealer warranties any issues with the suspension with CompTechs, so that was my main reason behind going with them. I wanted H&R Sports, but they are still in R&D till who knows when, and I didnt want to wait.

I dunno, lol, I have a box being made for it for a 12W6v2, and I will put in like a 500 watt amp, but other than that, I think an AEM CAI if they really do as much as they claim, and then maybe rims next year when I need tires... I am thinking white TE37s...

He tinted all the way back, I think it is because the tint is darker than the strip, so it is an optical illusion, but I do agree, it looks tacky from certain angles.
