You would be correct Alee, thank you to xtremex for the above photo but I'm looking for a very dark metallic blue.

Wouldn't look too out of place with what some stuff people have been putting on their cars lately around here.

Anybody willing to walk me through how to do these types of photoshop edits on my own? That way I can do them and help the community sometimes.

I think the OP is asking for something like this:

Look closely. They are dark blue 04-06 TL stockies. Same limited edition color offered on the TE37.

Personally I love the color but only on TE37s:

These look like a brighter color but that's most likely due to the lighting.

I was actually going to paint my stockies but apparently nobody likes the dark metallic blue idea. lol! I just don't want silver or silver on silver...if you ask me the Silver TL is probably the one that just kind of exists. I may go black but I'm not going to buy new rims, rather just paint the ones I have. But I don't like the look of black tires with black rims, you need something to set it off, not sure what that is yet. Any thoughts?

It's your car, do what makes you happy and what you want. Personally, I kind of like it.

Just throw on some type S wheels and save yourself all the trouble, headache and $. Plus if you have extra cash and you want to do something with it, you can lower it a little in addition to the type S wheels...

I'm rollin with the XLR8 jpipe so a drop is outta the question, plus i'm not a big fan of dropped cars in general. Thank you for the suggestion though. I actually forgot about the type S rims. (Duh, I know right?)

You know what you should do. You should primer your wheel with plasti-dip and paint them whatever color you want and if you like the look then keep it. If you don't like the look simply peel the paint off. My friend does that and since you don't live too far from me you can stop by if you want
