Well..here it is. My obligatory new here post. I'll just jump in and get the awkwardness of it out of the way. I just picked up a 05 6MT from a couple in AZ. The car is in great shape mechanically as the elderly couple babied it..complete with dash carpet and all...

Of course i can't leave anything unmolested..so it's already getting new tint and stereo. I ordered a full leather replacement kit from leatherseats.com that should be here in about a few weeks. Then it's just a matter of going through the car and upgrading.

I'm not new to the car world..have a wide body RSX-S in the garage as well as a WRX and a boosted Sol. I have always wanted a TL but it HAD to be the 6MT. Finally found one in decent shape and jumped on it.


There...now I can consider myself formally introduced. And for those of you who are going to jump over to the ramblings section and suggest that perhaps I should post photos..with no pants..well...not until at least the 3rd date. J/K

LOL..I can quite hold my own..been doing the car thing for a few years now..plus I work the night shift in the ER..it takes quite a bit to get to me..and I can give it back as fast as it heads my way..LOL

I wouldn't get too cocky with some of the members around here. They have a knack for searching out and ultimately destroying other members until they refuse to come back. Seriously.

But, at the same time, welcome. You'll find lots of helpful info on the boards, and a lot of everything else, even if you don't care for it. Religion, Politics, Cars, Cars, and more Cars, Guns, Humor, Sports, Beer, Life Advice, Relationships, BBQs, you name it. This seriously has to be one of the most encompassing forums I've ever come across.

And with that, there also come the resident dummies, trolls and fools. You'll learn of them soon enough if you kick around long enough. Some of them we've been trying to get rid of for years, to no avail. That's why I'm still here

I posted a link to some of the RSX earlier. It doesn't move much..really was turned into more of a "show" car when that was the thing to do..while its one of a kind..I'm not convinced it was worth it. I call her Buella now as she's ass heavy with all of that extra fiberglass :/
The sol is in storage, but let me look and see if I can find some pics.
