you are correct. I think the last mod post i did was when i traded those chrome 20s for black/polished stag'd 19s. They came off of a G35 so they were a little wide in the rear (and yes it DOES have a fat ass tire on there...but when i wear them out ill get a smaller profile
) but anyways the tires bumped the fenders a little in the rear..soooo i had the hub of the will milled back 1/4" and its completely fixed now
it was only $105. now on to the new "mods"
When I was on my visit to Cali in January, we went to DUB to get the old chrome wheels I had. Well when I was there I saw an all black escalade that was trimmed in flat black. Wheels, grill, and all chrome trim was flat. It was the cleanest blk on blk I'd seen yet.... so fast forward to now and I had the blk/polished wheels powdercoated solid flat black. along with that I did the entire chrome grill, chrome front bumper strips, rear emblem and chrome strip, exhaust tips, and all the trim around the side windows flat black to match. I've been keeping up with most of the people on here painting everything to match the NBP, but I'm here to tell you flat black looks sickening. I also tinted the mirror markers to match my tails and side markers.
now next on my list is either A) doing the grill, center of hood, roof, and trunk lid flat black (like accurateins style) or B) doing the body line on the side flat black including the side markers and the handles. any suggestions on what you think it might look like?
anyways, here are some pics of the work so far. ill do a post sometime this weekend hopefully, explaining what i used for the rig shots and some things to improve on. thx for the comments. enjoy.

I pulled off the first pic withe the camera rig off the back bumper, and shooting with a wide angle. the camera 'rig' is nothing more that a glorified tripod suction cupped to your car.
thanx I get alot of negative feedback on the stance quite often, nice to have a change. I really dont like the way it sits, but it does so bc of the rear tires...they are a little beefy which will get changed when they wear out

Just read the article. Very interesting... I really want to try this out but I don't have any other lens or equipment besides a tripod[that can mount onto a window].. the kit-lens for the XT and a broken 58mm polarizer lens.

AC...nice look for your Type S. I like the red trim on the front grill and especially the trim on the back grill. Plus, the eyelids are very nice too. Plus, great rolling pictures.
Please don't take this wrong...it's meant as a compliment-your red trim brings back fond memories of the original Batmobile.

AL--I thought about doing the stripe on the wheels, even sat down and tried it...too hard to get a consistent circle
