Nice detail on my new NBP 07 pics!

Here are a couple pictures of my new to me 07 NBP TL after a full clay bar and wax. I am also waiting for UPS to arrive today with my Type S wheels. Here are a couple nice closeup shots showin the paint. I will get full shots later after I put the wheels on.

Wowser! You gonna want to keep the TL in the garage forever. Once you step out the garage it's dirty.

looks really good, can't wait to do mine for the summer. Did you do it yourself? if so what products did you use?

Nice SRT8, love those things.

I think the tan looks amazing. I have dark black interior on my Jeep SRT8 and didnt want both cars with black interior so I opted for the tan. Plus the black shows every possible piece of dust and dirt.

Yeah I do the detailing myself I just used a clay bar, then I mothers swirl and scratch remover, then meguires gold class liquid wax. Nothing special but the results are great.

I think he got it professionally done by someone else.

Anyways, I swear I wish my NBP TL would be free of dings, marks, and scratches. I need to re-paint the TL :/.

No I do all my detailing myself. Read my reply post above all I did was claybar, then use mothers swirl and scratch remover, then meguires gold class liquid wax. Basic stuff but works as good if not better than stuff like Zaino (I think anyway).

I just installed my Type S wheels!!! I think they look amazing with the tan interior on a non-type S.

haha actually no I didnt. That picture of both the cars in the garage is before the detail. Trust me when I did that full detail I polished the crap out of those tips.
As far as window tint goes I normally do tint all my cars however im not sure yet about doing the TL. Its obviously illegal here in IL for front window tint and dont even mention getting the rears only done. I think it looks really bad when you see a car with only the rear windows tinted, or with a lighter shade on the fronts and dark on the back. I either do all windows same % or none. We will see :-)

Here is another picture of the SRT and TL..

As far

i was going to buy an SRT8 instead of my first black TL... only thing that held me back, was it would be my DD.. and a 6.2L engine, with over 400hp.... = bad MPG

if i had two cars, these would be them

You know I was originally thinking the same thing as im usually not a fan of pinstripes however this one grew on me. Maybe it looks better in person but it actually really goes well with my interior color as the pinstripe is the same color. Even if I wanted to get rid of it im not sure I could as the original owner had it professionally painted on by "Sid did it". I looked it up online and supposedly he is one of the worlds best free hand pinstripers.

As far as the SRT8 yeah she is a thirsty beast. Its no worse than any other SUV out there except this one can do 0-60 in under 5 seconds :-) I average 17mpg highway and around 13.5-14 city.
