New wheels officially fitted finally...

Well I received my varrstoen TE reps about two weeks ago and got the tires mounted that night and tried to put them on. I had already done a fender roll and cut my front tab off on the fender so I thought I would be good, little did I know this was going to be a very long and tedious project. Long story short had to raise my car up about 3/4" all around and play with camber til it was right and finally this is the end result. specs on wheels are 18x9.5 +12 all the way around on Nitto NT555 225/40/18 tires.

Objects in mirror poke more than they appear....

Comments welcome and I know the stanced look isnt for everyone but I think its tasteful. I would like to go about 1/4" lower but I love how this rides so far so I'm not sure...opinions?

Neeed moar low and camber.
Edit : Do you adjust the camber yourself? I want to adjust mine to get a little closer to spec since the offset on my new wheels are not that aggressive.

Are you using spacers?

They really poke out, look good though!

hows the ride with the 225 tires?

Love the look of the spoiler-less trunk with the quads. Just drop it down a bit more and that thing will be money.

yes I adjusted myself but took it to get it aligned after. Any camber you change will affect toe and caster.

No spacers. The poke is the low low offset of +12

Ride is not too bad at all good tires though

Ya I'm actually putting a slimmer lip spoiler but I do like it without kind of too.

Nice, was curious how TEs (or TE style) in 18" would look compared to most people that run 19".

not feeling all that poke up front. Camber that in, more low, make it fit properly.

^ Any changes to the suspension will require an alignment. I think you could get a way for a few weeks but try to get it aligned ASAP.

I really want to like it, I love the wheels. But something looks off. Idk if its the ride height, or wheel size...idk. Either way, needs a lot more low to pull that off.

A little lower would be dead on. So did the fender shaving solve the problem? My front passenger keeps rubbing as well and its because the end of it.

I completely agree. I will be the first to admit I am new to the stance scene. I've always ran non aggressive sunk in wheels on all my cars and I'm still learning. I do not want it slammed to the ground though, I would like it dropped about a half inch up front with more camber and a quarter inch in rear. I am considering air ride next year this time.

Ya that for sure helps, how much I'm not sure. I will be lowering the front a bit more so that should give me an idea.

Just keep playing with the height man. It took me about two weeks of messing with the height everyday until I got it perfect on my ride

Think I got an idea for my next custom license plate :P

Nice job on the varrstoens, assuming you talked to navith cause he said I'd need a +12 to clear the brembos.
