Dropped on s-techs.

 

Looks good, but i like old ones better. spec?

 

Drop looks great...like the lips..but alittle to much chrome 4 me...

 

Chrome cheapens the look of expensive cars IMO. Everything besides the new rims looks good, but I definitely like the old rims better.

 

Interesting seeing everything on the Aspec front lip painted white.

I like the new wheels-I've never been a fan of black wheels.

 

specs on the old wheels were 19x8.5 +38 19x9.5 +41 they were actually bronze. i was actually thinking about relipping the old ones but i needed something in between. Got the maya's for a good deal so i'll rock these for awhile. I'm not even sure of the specs on the maya's cuz they didn't have anything written on the wheel and the sticker on the barrel was in japanese. the guy i bought them from measured the rear and it was a 12" rear so i'm guessing the fronts are 20x9 or 8 with a +35 or so and rears are 20x12 with a high offset as well.
thanks for all the feedback guys. been in the market for some coilovers so i can go lower.

Front is just the type s front lip and rear is the base aspec lip painted all the same color. Fitment on the rear aspec lip is bad cuz I was in a rush putting the car back together. I figure I'll get to fixing that and a few other things someday when I'm not feeling to lazy. That jack stand has been with me since '99

 

im not a huge fan of the wheels but the fitment on the rear is on point for being 20". looks good man, and I like the aspec all white a lot

oh and wash your car next time you take pics :p

What happend to top of the right headlight (body)?

 

I definately like the old ones better.

 

Washed the car right after that and had it all nice and ready for some nicer pics today but it started to rain. I'm thinking what was on the top right of the headlight was a bug. I'll try to get better pics soon. I even checked the weather to see if it would rain. It said it'd be sunny for the next 7 days.......

 

Agreed. New wheels look MUCH better, white and chrome is the perfect combo. Black wheels are SO played out and 9/10 they don't really look that great.

 

i like the new wheels and the flushness in the rear but i cant agree with him and his measurements on the rears being a 20x12 even with a high offset it would hit your suspension and no pulling was done to that rear quarter panel still has oem lines....... but still looks good
