my guess...aftermarket camber kit all the way around, rolled/sliced fender wells, stiff suspension.

To all the offset questions...I've played around with many different setups to fine tune this and the easiest answer to how is utilizing the space properly. So many setups are pushed out too far and don't take advantage of the inner suspension clearance left over. Been there done that on prior cars...lost interests at this point. Anyhow the front offset +44 which is 2mm from the spindle and +32 rear to fill out the fenders. Could have went wider on the rear but going under the car more but really wanted a square setup with the same size tire so my front wheel was the limiter.
As far as rubbing...been down this with many cars so not the first rodeo. Many thing's play a role but the main part is your desired final ride height and the tire stretch. If your tucking tire no matter how much your going to rub at some point unless your suspension is solid. You can go lower if the tire is stretched not really for straight line driving but when turning allows for more suspension travel. Squared tires are harder to get to work as the side wall isn't angled so it's always close no matter straight or turning. The second part is your alignment and suspension setup. Having everything adjustable is key but I really take a liking to my coilovers which I have ran the same type on the last several cars. Damping is great and on full soft rides better than the stock type s suspension and on full hard makes me sick so I can fine tune it to anything in between to my likings.
With all that said a summed up answer would be yes it does rub here and there but so little I just adjust my driving habits to reduce this from happening little to never. I'll have to bust out with the gopro!
