New Quad Tips............SSM TL
I took a few pics of some new quad tips I had installed today. I had posted some pics of tips I installed about a week ago and you guys ate me alive, lol, but you were right, they were to skinny and sat to low. So I took your advice and took them off and got new ones, tell me what you think, all comments welcome.

Are the tips the same as the before picture and you just adjusted them to be higher? or did you get totally new ones? ... Nice setup.

Totally new tips, first ones were skinny and wide, they were as I high as I could bring up without shaving my bumper. So I looked thru the threads and found the new ones, they fit perfect.

Yes the tips are welded onto the stock exhaust but the guy who did it, also welded about two inches of slanted pipe as well so that the tips would sit perfectly at the angle i wanted

Turned out nice! Yeah i checked on eBay and the $67 tips I mentioned on a thread called "Base Tips?" is no longer there. Here's another pic for those TL Base owners considering this mod. FYI: I have an 08 TL Type-S bumper, so I have more room to work with.
