New pics of my LOWERED TL

Just waxed her and got her lowered with Comptechs! Loving the ride
Now all I need is my 19in wheels and the OEM body kit or Ronjon kit (depending on how it looks when it comes out)

nice. how is the handling and ride? is it noticably bumpier? stiffer? the comptechs lower 1" all around right? are you using stock shocks? let me know, thanks.

stock shocks, lowered 1" all around, you are correct... ride is good, nice and a little stiffer than stock, but still very comfortable... car handles great!

Yeah I got some curb rash, but these will be winter wheels, I'm getting 19s in the spring

no camber kit needed

What was the total cost for this "procedure" ( parts and labor)

give the springs some time to settle after they have been installed.

yeah mine settled in a couple days but the front still has a little more gap that the rear. they ride fairly close to stock. i was suprised how nice the ride still is with the comptechs.

nicee drop
how of a difference is there between the ride quality ...stock vs comptech

im thinking of getting these springs very soon. As long as the ride isnt harsh especiallygoing over manholes and bumps on the road.

Mullers' Woodfield Acura on Higgins?....yea very nice, by the way are you still using the stocks?.....so you had Mullers' install your springs for you, but does it interfere with the warranty when you add anything or change something on the car.

That is right, Mullers Woodfield Acura on Higgins did the springs install for me. Basically they remove the shocks, unload the oem springs, load the comptech springs onto the shocks and put them back in. Pretty simple. The warranty still stands. Most dealers will support Comptech aftermarket stuff. If the spring was proven to cause damage, comptech would warranty it, not the dealer, the dealer warranties the install.
