We are thinking going with just springs for know untill we can aford a full coilover set. I totaly would rather have full coilovers. But we want to get the exhaust done along with new tail lights and full lips all around. We have lots of plans for it but its gonna be a slow n steady pace

I will have to show my buddy that does some crazy exhaust stuff. See if he could make something for me simular to the ones being used. Thanks for the help. I been on here all day long just going threw everthing. once i navigate the forum better ill find everything i need?

Well I have had springs/ full coilovers/ ebay stuff etc and yes full coil is by far the best but springs are still good too, for a set drop. We only want to clean the wheel gap for now. my wife drives it way more than i do. She had drop springs on her last integra and loved them. still felt comfy for daily and still more aggressive than stock. we are looking for 2" of drop. not in a big rush, plus I need suspension on my car befor hers. My car is the project.lol

Well i pulled the intake resinator. Took about 30 min from start to finish. Didnt even pull the bumper. pull back the liner and 3 bolts and a razor to cut the tube. i didnt take pics cause befor i rememberd I was already bolting on the wheel. Also found out that we need tires. The previous owner had the tires siped. So now they are wearing fast. and also the left front tire has a crack on the sidewall. So off to the tire store for some new rubbers. And if all goes well mabey a new set of wheels.

You needed to order 245/35/19. 18" wheels use a 40-series sidewall.

the shop stocks tires in both 35 or 40. we are just waiting on rims. I was thinking 35 will look and fit better. so we can change it. thanks for the input. we get them tomorrow. we had them order in 2 diff sets of rims. 1 has no dish/lip and the other has polished lip/dish. I think we will go with the ones without but I still want to make sure. pics as soon as they are on. super excited.
Well I guess we did go with 35 series tires. Dont know why i was thinking 40. lol Tires are proxy 4s 245/35/19.

Gorgeous wheels! I really like them. What brand are they? I'm glad you went with a 35-series sidewall too

thanks guys. the rims are Niche 130's . just under 2k for wheels and tires. and ya the gap is very noticeable. The wife want to do the exhaust first then lower. either way it will get dropped.

Did I miss it, but what/how are you planning on dropping it?

Well the plan is just springs for know. Then save for a full coilover setup. The new rims set us back a little bit so we have to replenish the money. Unless I find a used set of good full coilovers when we are ready.

You might check on the Black Market here on AcuraZine. You might find coils for sale there.

Good idea I dont know why I havnt looked. Also just an update. Removed all engine covers and started painting. I must say its coming out very nice. Just need to add clear coat. Only have 1 spot that fisheyed on the main cover. It was the last pc of the night. So after it happend I wiped off the paint in the area and let it dry. I will have to sand it out. No worries tho. Will have pics up as soon as im finished.
