Yup those are them. They are the ones I have - Ingalls. Unless you are having a shop do the strut install and want to have them do these too, I recommend renting a ball joint separator to pull the old non-adjustable ones off of the upper control arms at the time of install of your koni's. That way, everything is out of the way and easy to access.

A little "how to":

Remove the strut assembly. Before installing the new struts/spring assembly, remove the upper control arm (via 2 bolts) in the upper wheel well. Then de-attach the old ball joint from the control arm using a ball joint seperator. You can rent one at autozone or the equivalent. Install the new Ingall's ones easy as cake...then get an alignment. Any further questions, PM me.
