NBP & MRP - Alabama!
Well I'm in Huntsville, AL for several days visiting some family and lo and behold I run into an Acurazine member literally across the street!

That's awesome about the nearby member. Those two colors look great together. Black and red is my favorite color combo though, so I'm a bit biased. But both the cars look good.

i remember seeing a member with an MRP from this area post up. i look out the window and see an MRP across the street and haven't seen many TLs in this area let alone MRPs. so i went up and asked him lol.

Yea, I was outside working on my system. My amp kept shorting out somewhere in the power wire so I had to dig deep to find it. He just walked up and asked if I was on acurazine.com, I confirmed and the rest is history!
His drop looks sick in person, these pics do it no justice, although you can tell the difference in height in some of the pics. I'm going to get my drop done this Friday...everything else can wait!!! lol.

**UPDATE on MRP**
my buddy (DJ Slim) with the MRP in Alabama unfortunately got into an accident today. a drunk driver in an RX8 ran a red light at 2pm. Austin (DJ Slim) had his little daughter in the car with him however both are fine for the most part.
austin - glad you and your little girl are okay! don't worry about the car bro - that's easily replaceable.

Luckily they're ok. It's a shame someone has the audacity to run a red light during midday and cause such a scene. The driver of the RX8 is now in trouble.

Yea, my daughter and I are both fine. She was a bit shaken up from the whole thing since she was sleep when it all went down. Heres how it all went down:
I'm going about 40 MPH heading towards a 4 way intersection. My light was green so I wasnt slowing down. I see the RX-8 in the turning lane waiting to make a left turn. His signals were on and everything. He stayed put but decided to make that left turn right when I got to the intersection. I had no time to react so i stomped on the brakes and closed my eyes then BAM! Airbags deployed and everything(which are pretty damn soft! Go Acura!!!!)LMAO! Anyway, I got some minor scratches on my right forearm from the airbag and a minor headache. My daughter...since she was sleep with her head resting on the middle arm rest in the back seat her head hit the back of the front passenger seat(the plastic part) and she has a lil bruise above her right eye. All is well. She was a bit shook up but the nice fireman gave her a lil teddy bear and that calmed her down.
On another note, I'm in the market for a TYPE-S!!!! If you guys got any leads...hit me up! I appreciate all the support from you guys! Acurazine FTW!!!!

Yea, I'll be in Atlanta alot pretty soon. Got some new opportunities with my music and it will have me in Atlanta often(may end up moving there if the money is right!) so we'll work something out for sure!

Also, I think you guys will have to induct me into Team NBP.....the Type-S will be black! I found a 07 NBP Type S at the carmax in Houston for 29,800. 6-Speed too! Hopefully nobody hops on it until I hear the final word from my insurance! I can get carmax to transfer it to the store here in Huntsville if need be. I'm crossing my fingers!

I test drove an 08 Type S today. It was NBP too. I was on my way to the wrecker yard to finish grabing my stuff out the car...passed by the stealership so I decided to stop and check out what cars they had on the lot. To my suprise...they had three type-s models. I asked for the keys to the NBP and hopped in and MAN!!!!!!!!!!!! What a big difference from the base model. Accelleration was crazy. I gotta get a type-s now! Insurance need to hurry up!
