My Weekend Project part 2 & 3--> body kit and rims
This is what i have been doing for the past 2 weeks... (here is a link to my original post when i put in the tein SS's, EDFC, and Greddy strut bar https://acurazine.com/forums/religion-politics-18/american-lawyers-fingerprints-found-madrid-bomb-case-ap-reports-139998/) My body kit finally came along with the deck lid (very scary drilling holes in my trunk lid) ... Tim did a great job sending them to me and the boxes came in perfect condition. I got a little concerned after hearing some of the problems people have been having since they have been shipped by DHL. The body kit was very easy to install.. i didn't need to add any double sided tape like others have.... i got my kit during the last group buy, maybe they made some modifications to make it fit better.. This weekend that just a past i put on the rims 19's of course.... Here are some of the pics... let me know what you guys think... After i took the pics i went home and painted the rear calipers and rotors bc there was so much rust and everyone noticed how horrible it made the rims look.... the only thing i have left to do it clear the headlights.....

Do you mean that red 1990 Ferrari F40 with a little over 2K miles....... rides a little bumpy and theres no radio..... but at least its fast and got cold A/C.....
but thanks for the posts about the rims... they are Torks 19x8 35mm offset but i had to put a 3mm spacer on the front to clear the brembos... i put 235/35-19 Kuhma Ecstas... Its a really good tire.... very quiet ride and they grip really nice.... I hit a couple of nice turns at the car handled nicely.... I would have definetly crashed if they were the stock michelains...

Nice TL!
Is the second pic the hole they drilled for the spoiler?
Wow, the F40 has automatic seat belts? Who woulda thunk?
I guess it must have been built right around the time that they passed the law requiring either automatic seatbelts or airbags (which were big and heavy at the time).
Look at all the green epoxy tying the carbon fiber pieces together! And look how long the shifter is!
What was the F40 in for?

that car was designed like that. the engineers wanted to make the car as light as possible, and thats why the car is as good as it is. dont diss the f40, its a good car and the interior was done like that on purpose
