Nice car.

Not feeling the wheels but then again I am not really a fan of the Type S wheels.

great looking car...i really like the white brembos!

you said they were $225, how long did that take? i'm considering painting mine white since 225 is a lot but just curious what turnaround you had on those

did you paint the acura on the brembos yourself, or just a decal?

The turnaround time was about 4-5 days.. the brakes have to be taken apart before being painted. Then they are rebuilt with new parts after the paint. The Acura logo is a decal

the rim has to be chromed first and then a dark clear coat is put over it to achieve the black chrome look.
the chroming part is illegal because of the chemicals involved... it can only be done in cali. thats what i was told anyways

thanks! yeah i havent modded the car since my last update. had the tint changed thats about it

maintenance is my main priority. that and keeping the car nice and shiny. i was paying $30 - $40 for hand car washes back then and realized what a huge waste of money that is. now i have a foam cannon and wash it myself. and i get to choose all the products to use

might switch to ATLP exhaust after because i keep running into problems with the XLR8. but thats long term goal

2nd owner. it was a CPO purchase. originally 19k miles, now im at 96,xxx

Just had my wheels redone. I wanted the same color as before

Excuse the fingerprint smudges on the wheels, the finish is flawless. Hyped to put them on!!!

Thanks guys! It would be hard to replace the car with something I would be happy with (I would want a V8). Plus no monthly payments is awesome.

Gonna drive it into the ground!!

I like your perseverance. I am with you on maintaining, and simple mods. I’m the same. Just keep her running, and clean. Dumping excess amount of $$ into an older vehicle is only worth as much as you’re willing to part with. Nice Job!

nicely done, but is it my eyes playing trick that right rim is slightly bend? Other than that they look gorgeous with the new tires.

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm happy with the tires. They ride and soak up bumps very well

Yes the passenger wheel is a bit bent. Either that or its had some serious road rash repair on it. It's been like that for awhile. Holds air and balances fine though
