My ride was hit by a bum on a 5hp wheel chair...
well im parked at work and this bum on a wheel chair come flying in the parking lot, im wondering how is a wheel chair is going so fast..He cuts a corner at about 25mph and fishtails it and goes straight into my car i had both my cars out there parked and i was hoping for the bum to hit my prelude not my TL..Sad to say he hit my TL put a fat dent in the 1/4 panel right by taillight..just wanted to post this so watch out for bums and their tweeked out machines lol
bad thing is it was at my shop (private property) cops did not wanna come.
so im SOL ill be paying my own deductable. i've just got done getting my prelude fix for a person hitting me also with no insurance ..FML

that sucks, you have to be careful with these bums these days.
it looks like you can pop it back to normal, as for the rear lip kit, I think some good buffing might take it out. I hate it when something happens like that, especially when in ur mind ur like "don't hit my car, don't hit my car, don't hit my car" then they hit your car.
Gotta watch out for bums, I was walking in downtown the other day, and this ugly lady bum totally takes off her shirt, boobs hanging. I'm like WTF!?! then some lady starts to yell at the lady bum,(I stayed to see what would happen) then the cops come and throw some blankets over her and sites her for indecent exposure or some shit, then she's like "what the F*, I'ma MAN brother!" I was so shocked

.op sorry to hear about ur car but it kinda sounds like something you can laugh about after its fixed

ok yesterday i was pissed as fuck my car has no dings dents wat so every and its been 3 yrs ...now to be honest i can laugh about it BUT after its fixed ...i tried to pop it out just to see it was a no go ...so body shop here i come ! and for the bum he stuck around talking about he lives around the corner on a levee. and he's willing to pay me ( u live on a levee and u want me to belive u gonna pay me ) i called the cops the first time they didnt wanna come out ..i called again cuz bum had 2 knives 1 about 8-9" other about 4-5"..i called and said the man its getting kind of antsy and reaching so mayb u guys send someone out what u know 2 mins later 4 cop cars swarmed into my shop

LOL...sorry bro but I had to double check if this was in the "ramblings" or "gallery section" just to be sure....damn truly does suck, but at least you got one hell of a story to tell the insurance company....

I think it should be in car talk, I guess. it does have something to do with your TL, I've ppl post thread up about damaging their cars, but i think this is the first time I've seen a thread about a BUM hitting a car.

Sorry to hear that happen to ya, but in my book since nothing was justified legally. it would only be fair if they bum got on his scooter/wheelchair and you got in the tl and came rolling down at 25mph and rear ended his ass back!. lol jk <--kinda

I doubt this makes you feel any better but I am an Army Instructor for the Signal Corps school house there at Ft. Gordon, GA. I rarely show my classes things from AZ but this was one thread I had show them tonight. The true car enthusiast soldiers really felt for you bro, but all and all you had them Extremely pissed laughing at the same time.
