My Fogs Finally Done "HID" 56K LOL

Well it took me about 3 days to get the fogs the installed. Had to do them in parts.Had no time. It was very time confusing. I could not have done it without the forums help and the DIYs. Its 3am and i need to get some sleep, really tired.

Also installed the HID 5000K in them, "but i think they are 6000K. Seller probally screwed me. But i like how it turned out.
Got them rigged up with parking ON/OFF. They turn without headlight. Coool

Looks sweet! You should switch out the EBay switch with OEM, it will match the others and look more quality!

that looks like one of the best installs I have seen on here. Everything looks like it fits so perfectly. What foglights are they? just some cheap ebay ones? I keep seeing these kits from 50-100$, never sure what to get

Nice install but PLEASE get those vinyl letters off of the bumper. The C is larger than the rest and it looks cheap

Hopefully the glare won't blind other drivers. Looks good though.

How come your front plate is on your dashboard? Ha.

Why? The OEM HID's pick up all the slack in 99% of every situation.

there is no glare at all. I guess my cheap ass camera cannot capture too much light, hence glare

this was a ebay kit 46.50 SHIPED. HID KIT WAS 32.99 SHIPED

Link to ebay kit you got?

I wish there was someone in Oklahoma City or around here that could help me do that. I just don't have the tools or the space to tackle something like that (college...ugh). I've got a few questions for ya though...

1. Does the kit include the fogs, plastic fog housing, all wires, and the fog switch/button for the dash?? If not, where did you get it all? (I'm sure if it's all together in a kit then I'll see that once the link is posted haha)

2. How hard is this install...how many hours, etc? I mean it looks like it might be a bitch to cut and wire up everything b/c, like I said, I don't have the tools or garage space to do this. I'm sure I'd f*** something up if I tackled this alone. SOMEONE HAS TO LIVE IN OKC!

Looks great and fitment looks REALLY good! One of the best I've seen when just browsing through this mod.

wow I keep coming back to this thread. I can't believe how clean that install is. Usually you see crooked fogs and gaps and stuff. This truly looks OEM

Soltex-nice mod. Hey, there is a multi-quote button in the lower right hand corner of each posting that allows you to quote many people in one posting.

I'd disconnect the HIDs from the parking lights if I were you. It looks cool, but switching HIDs on/off quickly will wear out the ballast and greatly reduce the life of the bulb.

Do you have any cutoff pics? Like 25 feet away from a dark wall?

Pretty clean install. Does it make a big difference in night driving or did you buy it more for looks?

Looks like it fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch

Clean install on the fogs, though

yeah i did not take any pics of the install, was very pissed and tired. They came with brackets that kind of attach to the bumber and i screwed them to the bumper behind the grill.
