That would be on my next shopping list!!! By the way...thanks for your input and your S-55 looks hot on your car. Hope you don't mind me getting the same rims as you. I try to be a bit different so I went with the staggered look.

you think running 225/35/20 in the front and 245/35/20 in the rear will work on your set up? cause im gonna get the same wheels but in silver plus keep my s techs and get koni yellows later and i hate the way 30 series tires ride.

Go with at least a 255/35 in the rear. 255 is pretty scretched on a 10in wide rim.

Personally I wouldn't go 225/35/20 for the fronts or 245/35/20 at the back. If I ran 35series tires I would be rubbing with my aggressive height at this moment (at least 2inch f/r). I highly recommend 30series tires to prevent any rubbing. Especially with a 20x10 wheel at the back you will need a 30series tires to fit. Mine fits perfectly right now at the back. However, you can try but I would go with 30series tires without a doubt. 35series might work if your car is not lowered more than 1.25inches.

Yeah it took a long time for it to arrive because Sevas was out of stock for the longest time. However, it was worth the wait!!!

ed99, ride looks awesome....again! I'm glad you were finally able to get your Sevas. It's hard to believe but I'm still waiting for my one replacement Sevas wheel - it's been 5 months now.

Keep up the stylistic work.

What is taking them so long for your replacement wheel? I would be pretty upset to wait that long for 1 wheel to come in.

So what happen to your other wheel? Was it damaged?

Yep, I hit a pothole at 50 mph or so and heard a loud thump. I didn't think much of it because I had no vibrations on my steering wheel or anything. When I got home, I hopped out and checked out my front passenger wheel - bent! The rim is exposing the tire beads but it holds air perfectly fine. I actually drove on the rim for another month before taking it off.

Yeah, Sevas look great but be careful. I've called all their authorized dealers and they all told me the same thing - Sevas will not sell to them only one wheel. They have to sell them as a set of 4. And I think that's why it's taking so long for my wheel to come in. America's Tire Co. has been on their asses about this one rim but they keep telling them the same thing every month - "Yeah, the wheel should be here. It's on the next container so it'll be here in 30 days." They've said that 5 times already.

I don't know what I'm gonna do. I think I'm just going to find a shop to repair the bent portion. The only issue is Sevas uses Permachrome as their finish (not real chrome) and it's really difficult to match it, if not really expensive. I don't mean to scare you but I just wanna give you a heads up.

A friend of mine went through the sam eexact thing with his Sevas wheels. He bent 1 rim and coulnd't get it repaired because it's a 1 peice wheel and the lip is chrome. So he went and bought another wheel. Hell I think he waited like 3 months fo rthe first set or something close to that. Not sure how long he had to wait fore the replacement wheel.

Funny thing is Sevas kept telling me the same thing where the next container will be here in 3wks. And that 3 weeks turned out to be 4months for me. To make up for it, Sevas threw in an extra 4 wheel Sevas Caps in case they every fall off. But it is all good at the end because the wheels was worth the wait.

Just knock on wood I won't bend one of these wheels!!!

Yeah, I already have them!! 19's!! I'm just debating whether to "flex" them for a couple of months, or just wait until next year...(hint - 2007)

I have decided to go with 20x10 because of the fatter lip and the aggressive wide rim look at the back. The offset is 40mm in the rear.

Thanks and I really appreciate your assistant with the HPR5's. So ask me anything you want. I will be sure to help out a good AZ friend here.

No way I buy a 3G this close to 4G dawg!! Next car in 10/11!! Then it'll be the TL-S (refined).

I just meant that I will be putting them on for a few months as opposed to waiting until Spring '08. As a matter of fact, they will be on tomorrow and the Hawks on probably by Tuesday so as to not mess up the new rims with that damn dust from the OEM pads!!

Cool trying to secure some more wheels as we speak...I will try the 10's in the rear...are they 8.5's or 9's in the front?

They are 8.5 40mm fronts. Just make sure you keep your 255/30/20 for the rears.

What rims are you planning to get?

Anything in the rear between +35mm - +45mm will work for a 20x10 rear but it MUST have a 255/30/20 Tire.

I have 265 in the rear now on the 9.5...and rides great! I will see what I can come up with on the tires...

Not sure what I am getting next..probably another set of the HP racing wheels..I want to paint them black with a chrome lip...we shall see.

The other HP Racing wheel I like is the SPlit 5 model. I noticed the lip on that wheel is more rounded compare to the HPR5's.
