My 2005 Nighthawk/Ebony/Navi/Aspec
So far I've only put on 5% (rear)/25% (front) tint on it. Ordered Valentine 1 with concealed display, but I'm still looking for ways of mounting it nicely

It's a beauty! Have you waxed it yet? If so with what? (Mine looks very similar, but without the aero treatments around the nose and I'm treating the paint on mine this week .)
Thanks
Thanks

I only have 235 miles on it so far, and was detailed at the dealer last.
I opted for the '04 wheels, because they corresponded better in color. I'm still waiting for the Aspec suspension to be put on (it's on back-order).
I love it so far, even though I always have my Bimmer for the twisties

Well, I ordered my 2005 Nighthawk/Ebony/Navi/Aspec body kit with a wood interior (carbon fiber swap) a couple of weeks ago...and i'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting..my friends don't even let me say Acura TL any more. So, when I need to be reminded about what's coming, i look on this thread.
Thanks man!

My NBP/Ebony/Navi shipped from the factory on the 16th, and still isn't here. The dealer keeps telling me it is due to a plant shut down around X-mas. *SIGH*

Hooray, i'm supposed to get my car on thursday...i'll try to stay calm and work efficiently over the next 2 days. i'll use the checklist from the garage before taking delivery.
They wanted to do some pre-treatment for the car, inside and out. They said i wouldn't have to wax for 5 years, an that the inside would be stain-proof. BS or not? the no wax for 5 years seems like a joke, but the inside treatment might make sense.
What do y'all think?

I believe those wheels are the '05 Platinum finished ones. They are shinier than the 04 gunmetal.

The Dealer screwed you on the brakes....you should have gotten the "Acura" black calipers that come on the 6-speed. Hope you didnt get charged for "upgraded brakes."

2k2silvertl-s are you sure that you receive black cailpers. Beacuse according to what I have read you only receive upgraded brake pads. Do you have manual or auto?

just curious, how much did you pay for the underbody kit, and the wheels/tires. You can email me if you don't want to post, patrickmin@gmail.com thanks! my dealer is trying to charge me $3,000 for the 18" Wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S on them. Any input on this price?

I've got the whole A-spec package for about $5K or so. One thing I dropped the ball on was not asking for an upgrade from stock Yokohamas to Michelin Pilot sport A/S (which I have/love on my other car)
