the problem with black is you cant see any detail to the wheels.

looks like steelies to me.

This is my only issue with black wheels. It looks good, and I'm sure it looks better in person, but it just blends in with the tires too much for my taste

it might look good in person, as killersrt stated.
but in pictures, the shadows fall on the wheels making them look like steelies.

the lugnuts make it look like an undercover cop car.

Maybe take a picture zoomed in and let see how it looks, but it looks better than on a NBP for sure.

i have to agree with everyone....i cant see them. your car looks very clean tho. but from the little i can gather from the wheels...they look nice.

Hmmmmm. I can't tell by these pictures if I like them or not. I feel like flat/matte paint on wheels makes them look like they are coated in brake dust

Some up close shots would be nice

I agree. You can barely see the detail of the wheels. Im sure they look amazing though.

Nice spot for taking pics. Is that the Drischol?? I might have to swing by there and take some shots.

I think its the parkway bridge (driscoll) and the rt 9 bridge. You can see the rt35 bridge in the background too.

yup its the driscoll bridge......im from north jersey but my friend who took the pix lives down there.....yeah gotta get some close up pix of the wheels and new tires. btw theyre falken 452's 245/45/17's

Can't really see it. That's why I'm against black wheels, even if they look nice when you're directly in front of them.

IMO, I would've painted them a different shade of gunmetal to match the Anthracite color of your car more.

Is A-Spec in the works? Single best asthetic mod one can do to a TL.

It looks like you have AM, so I'd go a shade darker but not black. That'll give the wheels a nice contrast against the color of your car.

Not trying to be a dick but I think what they meant was they couldn't see the detail of the rim as much with the matte black paint. Not that they physically can't see the wheels...

dual 30 inch monitors used for geophysical purposes...... my screens are fine, but still cant see the details to the rims.
