Some chalk so you can draw on that blackboard of yours

Not exactly cheap but look into the A-Spec kit. It'll change the whole look of the car. Suspension is a good idea as well but not cheap either. Maybe delete the mid-muffler for a deeper exhaust note

Is dis for real doe?

Like Tyler said, a spec lip kit and coilovers - if you get springs, you will likely just wish you got coilovers instead, ask CLtotheTL and me.

Those two things will be the biggest bang for your buck, albeit a few bucks for either. Spacers will also help the stance after you get dropped if you decide to keep the waffles.

Edit: And ditch the cheap visors for OEM or none at all.

^its not.

Big and Rob Killed it.
I generally only enjoy matte black on old school hot rodz or million dollar supercars.

doing it to a family sedan just doesnt look right.

Well if you are going for the "murdered" look, you need to black out your head and tail lights. Maybe tint the sidemarkers and mirror blinkers too. Also, definitely get that A-spec kit.

How about a fresh paint job?

Seriously though, it is very hard to pull off a flat black look on the TL's it's just not the car for it IMO.
Definitley lower it and get some nice wheels.

I feel like a hurt a lot of feelings by painting my car satin black haha . I don't think the people who actually like it even want to say they like it cause there's so much hate, I'm getting pms instead lmao. I actually like the color and not having to worry about waxing or damaging clear coat. I'm only 21 sooo chances are I like a lot of things that you guys won't like, seeing that everyone is a lot older.

Anyways thanks for the suggestions, I'm definitely installing the aspec kit after this winter is done and a different set of rims. As for the visors, I will be getting rid of them soon enough haha

I'm 20 and honestly, I don't like what you have done to the 3G so far...

But, you could start with lowering the car and or thinking about the aspec kit right after...can't really give much advice cause I don't have to much experience either. Good luck buddy.

you're a good sport.

if it were ME, i would get the aspec kit, get some coilovers, get some aggressive wheels, black out the heads and tails properly, do a couple other asthetic mods and really bring out the cars full potential. also, a proper photo shoot might change a lot of peoples minds.

good luck to ya.

Id switch to OEM visors... Along with getting an a-spec, even at stock ride height the a-spec will change the look.
was your paint job satin black or matte black? I'm a little confused.

my feelings werent hurt when I stated my opinion. as of now; it doesnt look right.
but if you plan to further modify the car; then do so. But dont cheap out by asking for cheap mods.

and did you say you have PMS?

I don't think I like the completely blacked out heads and tails look, I had them lightly tinted. Although i do want to attempt baking my headlights and remove the amber piece.

Definitely taking all the suggestions into consideration . I'll be adding a lot to the car in about a month, just waiting for spring to come.

I'm just trying to play along with you people here lol, dont actually get offended or anything.

And I'm sorry i didn't make myself clear. I'm looking to take in suggestions because I don't to go to a shop and ask them, I might as well give my money to charity. Not trying to cheap out or anything.. More like trying to get the best i can for the dollars in put in.

As a complete amateur in this sort of thing, I'm just trying to take advice from the pros.. i guess

I asked for satin when I got the job done, but I really don't know if there's much difference. I think it can get more flat than what I have where it doesn't take in any light at all

I never like flat black because it looks spray painted, but to each there own. I do believe with the right mods you could have a pretty nasty mean looking TL. Look into the sharks mouth grill, cheap and I think it would fit the aggressiveness of the paint well. GLW the build!

I bet your car looks way better in person, I've seen a matte black TL in Escondido, it really is a head turner. It made me think twice what kind of car it was.

If you really want a matte colored car I'd chose either the Frozen Gray Matte, Matte Metallic Blue or Marrakesh Metallic Brown Matte. It is Hexis vinyl, but they have a video on their French site where they wrap a Bentley Continental in the Frozen Grey Matte. It looks absolutely amazing, but you can tell it takes some serious skill to wrap and entire car. Plus, a significant amount of time.

Im pretty sure I saw you in hamilton a few months ago and Im not too sure if i like it or not. Way to stock to pull it off and matte black always looks dirty in a bad way. Why not keep the stock nbp colour
