Just had the following work done:
-100k service (timing belt, tensioner, spark plugs, water pump, seals, among others)
-replaced bad side motor mount that was found while replaceing timing belt
-replaced stock pulley with UR pulley
-replaced 6MT rear sway bar with Progress RSB (6MT RSB up for sale soon!!)
-replaced A-Spec springs with H&R Sport springs
Ugh....my wallet hurts real bad!!
PS-----Hope these H&R Sport springs settle soon because on the first day they look at the same height as the previous A-Spec springs
(Pics of new drop coming soon)

Thx for all of the good comments....much appreciated!
^^Drone on my ATLP (resonated) is sometimes a hassle. Not enough of a hassle to get rid of the exhaust but enough to keep me from being 100% happy with it. Problem is i already tried putting another resonator on it which definately eliminated the drone but it also eliminated the sexy exhaust note in the process. Havent had time to explore other options but i will continue to work on alternative drone eliminators soon.

fyi, rv6 v3 j-pipe already includes a test/race pipe, which replaces the 3rd cat. if you're considering pcd's, be prepared to put on some ear plugs (unless you're into loud/rasp), and change your clothes frequently. the smell gets pretty nasty, and one time it almost knocked me when the wind was blowing the exhaust fumes back into the garage
in order for tone down the noise and keep the smell to a minimun, i replaced the race pipe with a hfc, and installed an additonal 14" vibrant resonator. this small guy sits perfectly in the same spot as the stock mid-muffler. i have a v2 j-pipe tho.
happy cruising

Hey there, lookin good man!
You're down in South Florida, how come you haven't lowered the car yet?
Look at a thread I just commented on, a guy there is selling TEIN SS's for 700 bucks. Quite the deal and that will finish you off NICELY!
Although my car doesn't look quite like this anymore...here's what it will look like. Just sayin...

Precat Deletes and 2nd Resonator going in as we speak.......being charged $150 by the mechanic (not sure if this is a good price).
So as of later today my setup will be:
PCD's > RV6 V3 Jpipe > Magnaflow Resonator > Resonated ATLP Base
*Not going to put 3rd Cat back in yet unless stick and/or noise make me do it)
So i guess i'll be catless on my way home today.....don't yet know how this will effect my Environmental sensibilities
Pls don't be tooooo loud or smelly

So today was not the day.......monetary difficulties.
The mechanic called me and said that it wasn't what he expected when he gave me the $150 price. He said it was much harder and that he would need to charge me from $350 to $450. I was too busy at work and did not have time to even think about whether it was worth that price tag so i told him to leave it for now. So i still have the PCD's in a box and now i have to decide if its worth the $350-450 price tag. $150 would have been nice because if they ended up too noisy or smelly then the loss was not thaaaat bad.
So i guess the question now is: are the PCD's are a significant enough gain over my current V3 Jpipe+ATLP catback combo to spend $350 on installation???

the $350-$450 price tag sounds more 'appropriate', because it does involve a lot of work. if you're up for the challenge, you can do it yourself...but make sure you protect the radiator (or even removing it), or you're risking a chance of puncturing it during the front primary cat removal.
in my case, i could've done it myself. but i had better things to do than spending a weekend screwing around with it. i paid $400 to the dealership (yes, dealership...they know me enough to accept the job). to me that was a good deal, because they had to remove the s/c, remove the rad...etc etc.
as for 'is it worth it?'...well, you're 90% done with the exhaust work. pcd's will complete the project. and yes, pcd's will give you the best gain (along with the rest of your exhaust mods). so why stop there? just think of it as buying a pair tires but like i said before, free flow exhaust equals loud/rasp...in this case, throw in the smell. maybe that smell/noise won't bother you as much. i already told ya what i did with mine...and i'm lov'in it. good luck!

You get the pre-cats installed yet? I had a family friend charge me around $140 and he said it was a pain in the ass. I can see why your mechanic wants almost double the price.

Another upcoming update:
Hopefully in a couple weeks i should be swapping out my tan carpets (not mats) for black carpets. I have been using black mats on tan carpets since i bought the car and since the current tan carpets have stains that just don't come out i bought the black replacement carpets to get all of my floors to be black. I will try to remember to take before and after pics.
Anyone ever change this out before.....any pics??
It should look a bit better once i'm done....then i've got to do something about the rest of that tan interior

IMO i would put a call out to Aziners in your area and get access to a lift and do it yourself with help. Its alot easier than you think but +1 on protecting the radiator. Cut a template of cardboard and put it infront of it so you dont knock it with a wrench.
If you were local I would do it for ya
Check out Stillhere153's DIY on the PCDs and even though they dont have pics its a decent write up. Stillhere153 (AL) did mine 2 years ago and he charged me 175 and seeing him do it I was thinking it was easier than I thought. When I switched from procats to PCD's I knocked it out with help in just over 2 hours with a lift.
Dont waste 350-400 on some stupid shop to do it when with that money you can get the RV6 v3 j-pipe :toocoo: and toss it in yourself while you have the car in the air Just sayin

Long, expensive story (would rather not talk about it)
I actually found a guy to install them for a decent price but i only kept them on for about 2 weeks (yet another ). Power was freakin AWESOME but it made my ATLP exhaust way too loud and i had to get rid of them.
*Gonna sell them if anyone is interested just PM me*

Yeah mine too. I had to add 2 resonators and my stock 3rd cat to keep the loudness and the rasp out of the mix.
EDIT. I had an Aero in place of the stock resonator and I added a Vibrant
