Looking for Anthracite TL on A-Spec and Type S wheels

I hate to start a thread for this, but I'm looking for some specific photos which I know I've seen on here in the past, but am having trouble finding now.

I'm looking for photos of an anthracite grey TL on the following:

1. TL-S 07-08 17" Waffle/Honeycomb wheels
2. A-Spec 04-08 18" wheels (either 8" or 8.5")

If you have pics of either of these, please post them up! Trying to decide what wheels I want to go with.

Thanks for the help!

Yes, there are members here who rock A-Spec wheels. Most are rocking 18x8.0 and very few have the 2004 version (rare) 18x8.5 which came in gunmetal. The design has stayed the same but the colors options are different. There is a sparkle silver, chrome and ebony chrome.

I'm aware of the different sized wheels and to be honest, I'd actually prefer the 8" over the 8.5". Less weight for the engine to turn, easier to get a replacement if necessary, and it's not like the TL is putting down crazy power to warrant a wider wheel.

I was just looking for photos of the A-Specs and Type S wheels on an anthracite TL because I can't decide which I want to purchase. My car has the complete A-Spec package, save for the wheels, which the previous owner sold. However, I like the lower weight of the Type S wheels, even though they're smaller.

That's kind if the way I'm leaning due to the fact they are lighter than the A-Specs, but I have two issues with them.

1. They're only 17s

2. I'm not trying to make my car look like a type s, but it's seemingly progressing that way. I have the type s rear lip in order to fit the atlp quad pipe exhaust, I have the deck lid spoiler (which admittedly was on the car since 2006, before the type s even existed), now throwing on type s wheels seems like it'll be almost too much.

So I'm left with one of two options:
1. Get the lighter, smaller wheels which are better for driving

2. Get the heavier, larger wheels which are better for looks

Just in case ....if weight savings is important to you, the ASPEC wheels are much heavier than the S wheels.

Yeah, I know, that's the problem. It boils down to whether I want looks or performance... And I can't decide!!

I have A-specs and by far the best OEM wheel for the TL. Waffles are played out. No offense to anyone.. It seems like a civic thing now that everyone wants waffles like its crack. A-specs flow better and keep it classy, besides 17's are still too small for the TL, 18's are a nice touch.

As far as your performance issue, the TL is slow anyway unless you dump some serious cash to make her dance. Not like I would know anything about that... But regardless, it wouldn't be that drastic of a difference in performance. I had the factory 17's and went A-specs, never really noticed a difference. Summer I roll with 3 piece Works VS-XX in 19's which are heavier than the A-specs and it's never bothered me.

I would also go with the ASPEC wheels.

Even you said they were heavier than stockies (performance wise)!

Although I do Love the Look of them, and want them (A-Specs 8.5's)!
