Ok fair enough. But you need to stay focused! One mod at a time! Start it and finish it. If I did that I'd have 50+ unfinished mods!

So I guess a few more months till we see finished pics.

Doesn't always work out that way the CF was just a side project to begin with I just wanted to see how hard it was. I'm still not sure I will swap it out I like the contrast the fake wood gives but I will finish. I actually ordered some of the side door trim from eBay to experiment on.

I think you'll agree this is more important to finish then CF trim!

Looks nice man, did you do the whole solder, led+resistor like deathmetal or did you get the replacement led bulbs they sell now? How did you redo the surface mounted ones on the radio Buttons? I know there's a few there.

Btw 07-08 base have that cool Looking dark wood trim. Looks kinda like dark brushed aluminum wood. Lol! If you see it you'll know what i mean.

I never use PNP bulbs generally all the LEDs you can buy pre made are utter crap over driven and fail relatively quickly. I make all my own clusters generally and use high power 1W LEDs for things like door lights license plate dome lights. I used all SMD leds for this project including the radio (1) led behind each spot.
