Peter, that's stock height, right? Would you be willing to measure the ground clearance from the lowest part of the front and also back bumper? If not, it's cool. Also, any plans for a drop? Thanks!

I'll measure it tonight .. no problem at all .. i want to eventually drop it w/ the OEM A-spec drop .. i think it's very subtle, but I put my car side by side a fully A-spec'd TL at the dealership (w/ the drop) and there was a noticeable difference.

I've commented on this in several other threads "decklid vs. wing" and my stance is that the decklid would be the way to go .. but for $300 and for how subtle it is.. i don't really need it.

I live in chicago proper... so i've never really had issue w/ the front plates .. i never had them on my TL-S ... however, in the burbs.. i get worried at times. I"ll put 'em back on when i get my first ticket.

PeterUbers, awesome car! That's the color and nearly the same config as I ordered.

Did you tint your windows? If so, what %'s did you get?

Thanks! The tint is 35% in the front, 20% in the rear... ideally, i'd have liked it to all have been 20% ... but i get a little nervous w/ such dark tint up front when i roll past the po-po

you're speaking in riddles... i don't quite understand what you're saying: AMG kits are better integrated, um, ok.. it's a significantly more expensive car... and the cars come w/ the kits from the factory, this was an add-on kit. Do I like the AMG kits... um, I guess I'd take one if it was given to me..

Well. I am glad I did not get the complete A_SPEC kit on my Satin Silver. It's just not the right look. The way the spoiler package is, it's just to high off the ground. Still on the search for wheels myself.
The A_SPEC wheels look nice on black and Anthracite.
Just my .02

I agree ..

they need to take some Mazda cues and offer a brilliant electric blue, and a cherry apply red in the TL A-Spec.... hopefully when the Type S is revived, it'll have such optional colors.

I think the title says, A-Spec KIT not TL A-Spec. But the pics look great either way. You are making me want to order a kit myself.

How can you say this is an A-Spec? Did you also have the shocks installed? Doesn't say in your signature. You don't have the rear A-Spec emblem. The steering wheel is also not the A-Spec version.

how much gap do you have with stock suspention with a-spec wheels? I'm thinking to get eibach prokit(1inches drop) or tein H tech(0.6 and 0.7 drop) I dont wanna have any problem with dropping low.

i'm getting Huper Optik Ceramic-40 on windows, and Ceramic-60 on sunroof. $450 along with tint guarntee and workmanship gurantee.

i have NBP/ebony so i think 40 will be just right.

mine gets done on 10/9
