As the title states...i just picked up a 2008 Base Model TL w/Navigation (5-7-2011)... Also I'm wondering what color is my TL (actual paint name?) ... My favorite color is RED and i believe it lead me to purchasing this TL after seeing it

I know the side molding is ugly ..those will come off shortly..and also a little debadge of the ACURA and TL will come next after im finish doing this.....

This is just a SAMPLE of what im doing..im not completely finished yet..i have to mount the brackets in order for the projectors to sit firm on the housing...









CANT GO WRONG WITH QUADS CAN I??

Also i need opinions on what to do with my housing...

1.) should i leave it chrome?
2.) Paint the housing Black?
3.) Paint the housing color matching my Car paint?

oh, congrats on your pickup! i like blacked out headlights...but that's just my opinion. do whatever you think would look best.

Thanks my first option was Blacked out housing... My 2nd was to match the housing with the car color.. i've been searching for a RRP TL with red housing...cant seem to find any..

hehe..Since i was 17..i owned about 8 different cars already...

This one has a rebuilt title... i dont have pictures of the damage... but damage wasnt major...it was side swiped from the front fender to the passenger door...but i checked under the car and the frame etc...none of it was bent...it rides normal to me...no air leaks through the door or anything

i only got it for 8k so why not?...hahah...2008 w/navi 32k miles shes still a baby

Color is Moroccan Red Pearl. Redondo Red was for the 2004-2006 TLs. MRP for 07+.

Congrats on the purchase, looks like you're off to a great start on mods.

^^..yep..i looked all around the engine motor mounts the frame etc...its not bent..nothing has been welded on or anything..i took off my front passenger wheel....i looked all around the arm, shocks, etc...nothing was wrong with it...everything looked new...

i made sure it was fine before i ever buy a salvage car LOL

Thanks.!! and yep..its summer..finals are over..my fingers are itching...
At first i only thought Moroccan Red Pearl is for the TYPE S (correct me if im wrong)....
