Finally decided to buy something off the internet.

I bought LED's to outfit all the interior lights in my car ( KBP S ) and 3000K HID fogs.

They should be here around monday and tuesday.

Bought the LED's from superbrightleds.com and the HID's from V-Leds. If you buy anything from V-Leds and join the news letter you save 15% so why not and some people said the HID's were not half that bad.

Ill be posting some pics and reviews on the products but im excited haha next is sime MB Battle wheels and a drop. oh and when i get home for the summer im doing the mesh grille mod.

 

Yea there is a coupon code too for v-LEDs ..can't remember off the top of my head what is though

MB battles are some sick ass wheels. They're really popular among 7th gen accord coupes....IIRC.

So the interior LED's came in today and of course i had to install them immediately. Not going to lie i was nervous that they were not going to be very bright since during the day they dont look too impressive but damn these bitches are bright. I would absolutely buy these again and i am going to get the super bright LED for the reverse lights and tag lights.

Actually i like it alot. Its not hard on the eyes at all and driving at night if the passenger has the light on it doesn't bother you as much as the reg lights. And you can still see what your doing. id recommend it plus if you dont like it its only $36 lol

 

Those interior pics make it seem like they aren't really as easy on the eyes as you'd say haha, almost looks like something out of a sci-fi movie (in a good way). I can for sure believe that the pictures don't do them justice though.

Would you be able to specific what bulbs you got for the interior and if they work in any 3G?

I'd be interested in some blue interior LEDs to maybe go with the blue lighting on the dash in my '06

 

i used suerbrightleds.com and they have a search engine that tells you all the sizes you need specific to your car.

For the map lights and two in the back i used. 2825 and for the door i used 168 which are exactly the same thing. When i put them in i had to bend out the prongs alittle to get a good connection but other then that they were easy to put in.

and the LEDS come in Blue yellow green red purple (UV blacklight) and of course white

But to answer your question when i searched it it didnt ask for a trim so i assume they fit all 3g's the same. dont really se why acura would mess with those

 

I saw the Stock Bulb # for Map Light / Front Sidemarker but there are quite a few options under each one;

For example on 168 the xHP5 versus x6 versus oversized ect, and at the top it says bulb color must equal lens color unless lens is clear, on most of those is the lens clear so that isn't an issue?
