You know what they say when people just assume things...

When is the turbo coming in? Where are you putting the air/fuel gauge?

Hopefully next month man. havent decided where ima put the air/fuel gauge yet. i might take the dual gauge pod from my last car (03 cls supercharged) and make it fit by heating up the plastic

The drop looks great. But not feeling the fitment of the single pod on the dash.

I agree with you i dont really like the placement of the pod myself. id rather use my 03 cls dual gauge pillar pod and make it fit

not hating at all....I assumed you dont have a turbo since I dont think they are out yet. I assumed correctly. However, if you actually planning to get a turbo then I'll take back the comment. good luck with the boost, wish I could get some.

that drop looks awesome!!!

if i may ask a couple questions, firstly, what type of springs are you using? seccondly how "harsh" is the ride comfort?

car looks great.

thanks in advance!

Im usin the neuspeed sport springs. its on the lowest perch all the way around. and one full turn to stiff from the middle stock settings. It handles really good and rides very good as well. the ride is a lil bumpy but its bareable

if you adjusted the dampening would the softer setting be considerably different from stock ride comfort? (i'm assuming that the softer setting would lead to crazy scrapes and tire rub on speedbumps etc.)

apologies for the n00b questions, i'm just trying to do some research to see if its even remotely possible to maintain almost stock-like comfort on a more aggressive stance.

i had non dampening adjustable coils on my EL and found it a little bit harsh

thanks again!

I'm 16. And don't have a turbo gauge sitting on the dash in my TL. Just sayin.

Anyway, nice drop. I dig the wheels.

Not a fan of the mounting but looks good. Car still looks about the same height as before honestly lol maybe I have to see it in real life. You can fab up a dual pillar gauge deal on your steering and mount your AF and Boost there. IMO thats a better place to mount stuff like that.

Definitely looks good OP! i have the same suspension setup however, i believe my stance is a bit lower up front and im only on the 2nd perch up front and 3rd perch in the back

^^the SOFTEST setting is very identical to stock ride if not, i think it is actually softer. only problem is that being this low and not having the proper dampening (stiffer settings) the ride will bounce alot more than normal because you are lower and with a shorter suspension travel and soft dampening, the shock absorber doesnt have enought time to balance out the ride on all four corners. hence u comfort but imo i can be pretty unsafe and uncontrollable. now dont get me wrong, on VERY smooth roads it will ride superb but hit a few potholes, dips in the road, etc, the ride will get bouncy. hope that makes sense....not much of a writer...lol

hmm i bet ur dampening isnt as stiff as mine which is why it sits lower because it sags. if i put mine on fill softness it would be super slammed! lol

ya looks lower in real life. also has settled since i took that picture. i think ur idea on the steering wheel gauge mounting would be sweet. any idea on how i could mount them? or what kinda brackets i need?
