Well it's true, funny guy talkin bout how it all gotta be perfect when I cut what I thought was a fair deal on oem diffusers...
that's all...I guess we all have our own perception of what needs to be perfect and what we're fine with.
I have a very similar setup on my car with the wrap. Looks good!
I see you didnt wrap the whole rear valence on the lip? Any reason why? It was hard as fuck to do the rear thats for sure
What happened to your front bumper to get all those spider cracks ?
LOL
Thanks man. Yeah, that middle part was ridiculously hard to stretch out. I tried at least 3 times to no avail, so I just trimmed there lol. Someone backed into me at the ballpark

Damn Mr Perfection crack kills...you alright with that wavy ass rear spoiler?!?! sorry, I had to.
Trust me, I know the feeling, man...
everyone was always telling me how perfect my car was...
I was like, uhhh...have you seen THIS or THAT!!!!!
My CSL was SUPER wavy up top...custom piece, cool...but that fiberglass was a sucky sucky thing to try and work even after my buddy tried two different fillers and epoxy.

Exactly lol I know all the imperfections by heart lol. I just keep it as clean as I can. Major pre-winter detail coming soon. Hopefully new front bumper too. I haven't done anything to the wing yet, not sure if I should paint or wrap (carbon or black).
No big crazy updates to report. so I shall spam you with pics...
Since my last update, I've fully prepped my car for winter. Sold the 07-08 Base tails and picked up my current Type S tails. I modded my base 04-06 tails with the red stripe look. They turned out pretty damn good, but I wasn't feeling them on my car so I immediately sold them lol.
145k maintenance was due, oil and ATF, I figured I may as well do pressure switches and a 3X3. I had a friend help me do it in his heated garage. Car shifts LIKE BUTTER. I love how it drives now.
I jumped on an opportunity to buy a set of 04-06 Base wheels for winter for cheap. They came with 2 bald tires and 2 new all season tires. I replaced the bald tires with some Brigestone Blizzak tires for snow. It's unbelievable how much these tires grip in the snow. They definitely give you way too much confidence lol.
I've always admired Jake's "Patrick Star" wheels. After talking with him, I set out to make my own version of them. They came out pretty well, I'll let you guys be the judge haha
This winter has been brutal so far, some of my favorite shots.
I ordered the ATLP Trunk Spoiler that you've had after seeing it on your TL, I really dig the look. Painting and installing this week along with a TL-S Diffuser an A-spec front lip kit Your build provides some great inspiration!
