Jaz Trinity installed on SSM 05TL

Axis no longer makes the Milano for the TL, so JAZ is making it from the same mold. I put the wheels side by side and couldn't tell which was which.

Definitely don't want to piss off the boss!!

Love the wheels! I think it's a very clean design and looks superb on the TL. The lip is great. Proxes 4?

I cant see the pictures for some reason, but I have absolutely no clue why people put staggered wheels on a FWD drive car.

That'd be like wider wheels on the FRONT of a rear wheel drive car. It serves no purpose.

I agree with it serving no purpose but I think it fills the fenders alot better being staggered. As I'm sure he purchased the wheels more for their asthetic value than performance.

I am wondering if I do the same but my TL is lowered with TEIN Basics 2.25 inches front and rear. So would you think I will clear rubbing???

I think you would have a real problem, if you tried this with a 9.5 in the back.

You can get away with an 8.5 and a 45 offset, but then again, your wheels will look tucked in the back.

How about 35mm offset for the rear with 8.5??? I like the wheels to fill the wheel well. How much clearance do you have up front and would it rub if it was lowered more than 2inches?? thanks...just need to know before I screw up my purchase of these wheels.

There is only about 1 1/2 inches from the top of the tire. I am concerned that I am going to have a rubbing problem with the A Spec kit.

Then I think I will rub if I go for 35mm offset with more than 2inch lowering. I also have the A-spec kit so that won't help. I guess I would have to go for 45mm offset then. But 35offset sets of a deeper dish compare to 45 offsett.

Do you think there will be a problem with the a-spec kit and a 35mm offset on 8.5 rims all the way around?

I don't think it would be a problem, but until you get it on the car, you will not know.

I guess I was thinking about the a-spec bodykit. That shouldn't have any affect on the wheels. I'm sure you were meaning the a-spec coilovers...

The A Spec body kit wouldn't give you any problems.

Good to know. I just ordered a set of Milanos for my NBP. Hope you don't mind... considering we are across the country, I doubt we'll ever pass each other on the road

Bwilder10H,

Who did you order your Milano's from? It was my understanding they stopped making the wheel, and you could only get from JAZ.

My bad, I meant to say Trinity. I should have the wheels early next week. Only problem is the place (online wholesaler) gave me a great deal on the wheels, but their tire prices were insane. So now I have to find tires and then find a shop to mount and balance.

Make sure you get the correct center caps. They gave me some chrome knock offs, I called the wheel shop and they are ordering me the correct ones.

I got a great price from Factoronegarage.com on the wheel and tire package. They came in under 2K, but they were a few days late in getting back to me.

I noticed you had plain center caps vs. Jaz caps...personally, I like the plain ones.

looks great MsNowDown...but I may be biased.

I would suggest dropping it...I used CT springs. Not sure since you have the staggered setup whether they would clear though. With the drop, it just nicely fills out the wheel wells. Good investment imo.

Take a look at mine:

I am going to use the ASpec kit, I just need to find the time.

Your car was my inspiration, and made me decide on the Trinity.

Did you see my car with the SuperMesh II?

It was a little to loud for my taste.
