Exact same as mine, minus the 6MT. You'll absolutely love it. It's enough of an upgrade over the base TL that it feels like you've gotten a new car but still has the great styling of a 3G TL. Congrats.

didnt the TL-S come with color keyed splash gaurds??? any reason why yours are black?

but thats crazy....why wont they just give color keyed splash guards....
on the contrary, if you plan on putting the aspec kit on, dont bother getting the splash guards as you will have to take it off anyway
