Talking I can't wait anymore!!

The weather was nice yesterday so I decided to mount my summer tires to see how they look on my car.

These are SSR GT7-H, 18x9, ET55 w/ 245/40/18 Goodyear Eagle GS-D3. I have about 3mm of clearance to the strut and plenty of clearance for the brembo caliper.

Here they are... enjoy!

Nice! Wonder how much those weigh?

Btw, why does your tires look used? I mean really used with some flat-spotting on them I can see in that one picture?

Thanks! They are off as of now. I just want to see what they look like and make sure the tires are ok.

Thanks! The rim weighs 20.3 lbs per tirerack. With my bathroom scale rim+tires = 46.5 lb.

I also weighted my stock wheel and it's 47 lbs.

not bad for 18x9 w/ 245/40/18 IMHO.

Yeah they are used. A friend of mine works for a non-acura dealership and he did an excellent job balancing these tires. They are loud but no vibrations at any speed.

what color is your TL?

either way I would stay away from chrome as they are a major PITA to keep clean.

I had a set of polished rims before and they stay clean about 2 days.
